Mission: Episode 113 - No One Left Behind
Location: Various
Timeline: MD2 1000hrs

ON:

USS Pegasus-C

Mike stepped out of the turbolift and onto the bridge of the Odyssey class USS Pegasus-C. Draven was already talking to Commander Tamarith and giving her a brief rundown of the new Pegasus. Conway stood at Tactical with a frown on his face.

Mike stood beside his nephew, “Something wrong?”

“Never thought I’d see a Romulan servicing aboard this ship, much less as Executive Officer.” Conway replied.

“She was my XO for a time on the Pegasus-B, she can be trusted.” Mike replied.

Conway shook his head, “That remains to be seen.”

Mike shrugged off Conway’s concern, he didn’t know Tamarith, and with the tension between the Federation and Romulans still high, he knew he wouldn’t be able to explain it. Tamarith’s actions would be enough to prove it to the young Ensign.

“Admiral, Flight Control is ready. All moorings are already cleared.” Branson reported.

“Very good.” Mike replied while waiting for the last of the Bridge and Command Crew to report aboard.

Ariana arrived onboard the Pegasus with Kah’lyn. Both making their way to the bridge. Kah’lyn was surprised to have been chosen to go off station given her pregnancy but she was glad not to be left behind.

As they entered the bridge Kah’lyn made her way over to Ops, as Ariana made her way across to her seat.

USS Yorktown-F

K’Temoc and K’Wor entered the Bridge of the Defiant class ship through the port egress.

“You seem to be walking a little slow today.” K’Temoc said with a smirk.

“What to you mean?” K’Wor asked, confused.

“Well, that extra weight on your collar, Lieutenant.” K’Temoc smiled as Danielle also smiled from the Science station.

K’Wor smiled, “It’s about time huh?”

“Congratulations.” Danielle said.

“Thank you.” K’Wor replied as he took a seat at Tactical One. “Defensive systems online, targeting scanners calibrated, phaser safeties online, and torpedo tubes loaded. Tactical ready.”

K’Temoc smirked as he tapped a few buttons on his right side panel. “Give the man a promotion and he thinks he to be the first to report in.”

USS Saratoga

Colonel Lennox arrived on the bridge and took a look around. “First Ramata’tar, thank you for joining us.”

“I was ordered to.” Ramata’tar replied from Tactical.

Lennox rolled his eyes, the Jem’Hadar missed the joke obviously. “Mister Taz, report.”

“All ssysstemss rready. Tactical and Flight Contrrol rreporrt rready to deparrt. We’rre waiting on the lasst of the Command Crrew to rreporrt in now.” Taz reported as he walked over to the XO’s chair.

USS Cutlass

Roebuck was sitting in the Captain’s chair. He’d commanded the USS Cutlass a few times, so he felt comfortable as he looked around. “Mister Carter, you’ll pull double duty as my XO on the mission.”

“Aye sir.” Carter replied from Tactical. “All systems report ready sir and we’re green across the board.”

USS Vanguard

“One last ride for the old girl.” Metsker said to Mac as they walked onto the bridge.

Mac nodded as he looked around. He’d grown very fond of the USS Vanguard over the years. He knew the USS Repulse was the same class, and Fleet Admiral Bremer approved to have the Vanguard’s Bridge module swapped with the ‘standard’ Bridge module on the Repulse, it still wouldn’t be the same. Why Starfleet was planning to decommission the Prometheus class USS Vanguard, he figured some Admiral somewhere wanted the name for his ship or a friend’s.

“Petel, how we looking?” Mac asked as he took a seat.

“Ship is ready sir.” Petel replied as he sat in the XO’s chair.

“Tactical systems ready Commander.” Metsker added after he logged into Tactical One.

Mac nodded, “Take us out.”

USS Buccaneer

Grian was on the bridge with her First Officer by her side as always.

"How are we looking, Patel?" Grian asked her First Officer, who was scanning his way through a pad.

"All good to go Captain. " Patel replied.

Grian smiled. "Helm, take us out and once clear of the station, rendezvous with the fleet and prepare to leave when signalled to do so by the lead ship."

"Aye Captain. " Helm responded.

"Engineering to Bridge, this is Acting Chief Engineer Deezell. All systems are green across the board, All propulsion systems are at your disposal Captain."

"Very good Deezell, please stand by. Grian out."

Tapping the coms again. =^= Lieutenant JG Satok Aylek please report to the bridge.=^=

Tag Lieutenant JG Satok Aylek

USS Ark Royal

Xalanth whistled to himself as the last of the gear was beamed aboard. Picking up a very familiar box he smiled as he felt his own custom Tr-100 was now with him. Some would say adding the attachment into it's stock was comical, but the lizard having trained on rifles with a kick like a zonorax all his life just needed to felt the jolt in his arm to aim correctly.

" Ark Royal fully loaded fleet Admiral." He said tapping his combadge.

Percy just boarded the ark royal. He went to Engineering to get familiar with it and to say hi to the team. After that he made his way to the bridge using the nearest lift. A moment later he arrived on the bridge and the doors opened. He stepped out and walked over to his station doing some routine checks.
Those checks didn't take long and all came back green. "This is good we are ready prepped" he thought to himself.

USS Endeavor-A

Commander Coleman had just sat down in the command chair on the bridge of the Endeavor. No matter how much he sat down in his command chair onboard the Endeavor-A, it was never quite the same as it was with his old Nova-Class Starship Endeavor. Everyone said that it would come with time, but it hasn't quite yet.

A yeoman handed Coleman a PADD and it was a report from several departments with the exception of Security/Tactical and Operations. Looking over at the Operations station, Coleman smiled as he saw Mr. O'Riley sitting there.

"It's good to see you, Mr. O'Riley. How are we doing? Are we ready to get underway?" Coleman asked him, wanting to make sure the ship was ready to get underway.

Tim Turned around and smiled, "I was just running a quick diagnostic sir, and we are ready to proceed to our destination, course and heading is already laid in."

Smiling, Coleman thanked O'Riley before turning to the Security station behind him. Coleman saw that there was a Kelpian at the station and didn't know this new member of his crew.

Coleman kept the smile on his face and said, "Welcome aboard Lieutenant...Vasha, correct? Is our security department onboard good to go?"

Coleman thought to himself that it was well oiled machine. His crew knew everything that they needed to do. "Ms. Vasha, open a channel to the fleet," Coleman said to Vasha as he turned back in his chair to look at the view screen.

As the channel opened up, Coleman got up from his chair and said, "Endeavor to the fleet. We are ready to head out on your orders, Admirals."

Essex

Diana was almost skipping in her excitement as she made her way to the turbolift and rode to the Bridge. As she walked onto the Bridge, she was distracted by how cool it was to be on a spaceship's Bridge that she didn't pay attention to what her and ended up flat on her face in front of the Captain's chair!

Admiral T'Lar, Deela, needed to check on her ship so when they were needed, she'd be ready. She stepped onto the bridge to do some stuff in her ready room. She neared her chair to see someone on the floor. She didn't know whether to laugh or scold the officer on the ground.

Deela laughed to herself. This was just what she needed to get herself out of her funk that she was in. Deela stopped smiling and decided to play with her a little. She cleared her throat before speaking, "Um, finding anything interesting down there?" She stood there with her arms crossed, holding back a smile.

"AAAHHH!!! Oh...Admiral Deela...I," Diana blushed in both fright and embarrassment at how the Admiral had caught her.

Deela could sense how she was feeling so she decided not to go any further. She offered a hand, "It's okay. Here." Smiling, "Are you okay?"

"Yes, Admiral. The main thing that's hurt is my pride. Haha," Diana chuckled sheepishly rubbing her neck.

"Well, do not worry about your pride. I have face planted a few times in my life as well. I won't tell, if you don't." Deela observed the Ensign standing in front of her, "My apologies. I haven't been keeping up with the new crew roster. I have been a little...preoccupied. So, what is your name, Ensign?"

"I won't, Admiral. My name is Diana Ravenbroke, and I'm newly assigned to the Security on Starbase 400, but was reassigned here for this mission," Diana said, smiling as she felt her cheeks return to normal.

"Nice to meet you. Although, I'm sure this was not the way you wanted to meet me." Deela chuckled a little, "Right now, we are on standby. I need to check on a few things. You're station will be over there. I could give you a tour of the ship while we wait, if you'd like."

"Not in the slightest, Admiral. Yes, that'd be great! Er, if you're okay with that, Admiral," Diana blushed again, swirling her foot around the carpet.

"I wouldn't have asked if I was not. I have to stop at Engineering on the way." Deela turned towards the turbolift, "Shall we begin?"

"Yes, Ma'am!" like a puppy eager to please, Diana skipped after the Admiral to the turbolift.

USS Yorktown-F

"Ensign Krall to Lieutenant K'Wor."

K'Wor tapped his commbadge as he finished making a few adjustments to the Yorktown's targeting scanners. "K'Wor here."

"Sir, can you report to your quarters please?" Krall said.

K'Wor glanced back at K'Temoc for a moment, "On my way."

K'Wor shrugged as he left the Bridge. A moment later he met Krall outside of his quarters.

"What's wrong?"

The tall Capellan Ensign nodded toward the door, "I saw someone access your quarters and go in. They haven't left."

"Stay here." K'Wor said as he tapped the pad on the door then stepped in. He looked around but didn't see anything out of the ordinary or moved...until he heard a noise come from a back corner.

"I know you're here, step out." K'Wor said.

After a moment, a figure emerged from the shadow. "How did you find me?"

"Christopher! What he hell are you doing here?" K'Wor replied to his little brother.

"Ah come on, don't send me back. Dad never let's me go on missions." Christopher replied.

"You're thirteen! He wants you to see fourteen." K'Wor replied.

Christopher looked down for a moment, then back up at his brother that he idolized. "But you did it. You went on missions as a teenager."

"Not at thirteen." K'Wor replied. "I know you've been come a long way with your training with me, Dad, Uncle K...your grades are good, you have a chance to go to the Academy at seventeen. I didn't even do that. But you have to stay out of trouble."

"I won't be any trouble. The war is over and the Romulans would be stupid to start something with the task force Dad's leading. Come on." Christopher pleaded.

K'Wor paced the floor for a moment as he thought. "Stay here. Once we're a few hours away from the Station I'll tell Uncle K I found you as a stow-away. But you HAVE to do everything we tell you to without question."

Christopher nodded. "Thank you K'Wor."

"Don't thank me. Once Dad finds out, both our asses will be in trouble." K'Wor replied before flashing a smirk.

Christopher smirked, then ducked away as K'Wor left.

"Everything okay sir?" Krall asked.

K'Wor nodded. "Yeah, I was assigned a roommate for the mission and it was him you saw. Got to love a cramped Defiant class ship." K'Wor flashed a fake smile.

Krall looked at the door again, then nodd. "Yes sir."

K'Wor let out a breath as Krall walked away, then he returned to the Bridge.

USS Falcon

Ezekiel was on the bridge of the USS Falcon. He watched in the main viewer as they started to depart the station and maintained formation with the fleet. "Commander Rogers, signal the Pegasus, we are in formation." Ezekiel called out as his eyes still gazed at the station. On the station was his fiancé. He could not help but think of her.

Sam heard his captain, but could tell in his voice that was a little distracted. He knew how close and Anna Woodhouse had become. But she was now the stations chief medical officer. A good promotion for her. Even though Sam was head over heels for Sarah, he felt her absence as much as the captain did. The entire crew did.

USS Pegasus-C

"All ships report ready Admiral." Draven reported.

Mike nodded, "Chief, take us out. Mr. Draven have the ships of our task force form up on us, Alpha-Two formation. Have the ships of the Essex's task force form up on her, Beta-Three formation. Advise all ships we'll warp to a position just outside of the Dewa system, on the edge of the border, We'll then recon the system before crossing the border."

Draven nodded.

Moments later, a beautiful site to behold...the ships of Starbase 400 began streaming out of the Station and forming up. Nearby other support ships, the USS Warspite (Centaur Class), USS Laffey (Defiant Class), USS Dorsetshire (Miranda Class Refit), USS Crockett (Excelsior Refit Class), USS Ranger (Constellation Class), USS Kashin (Akula Refit Class), USS Thresher (Ambassador Class), USS Cygnus (California Class), USS Cushing (Nova Class), and USS Langley (New Orleans Class) flew nearby in their defensive orbits.

Mike tapped the comm-button on his chair arm. "Pegasus to Starbase 400."

"Starbase 400 Ops, Dow here."

"Keep my station in one piece Captain." Mike smirked.

"I'll try, but if not you can barrow my office on Kaleb IV for a bit." Dow flashed a smile in return.

"Thank you for minding the store while we're gone. Keep the station on yellow alert and increase patrols along the border and near the Triangle." Mike replied.

"Will do. Good luck. Dow out."

Once the task forces were formed up, they warped out, heading for the Dewa system.
