| Physical Description | Dow is quite athletic in build. Slim and toned, Dow has a body that has come from hard training of various martial arts and other physical training. His brown hair is not too long and parted almost in the middle, and sports a matching colored goatee that gives him a demeaning look at times. His eyes always have a passion behind them and his smile has turned the head of a few ladies in his time. Dow has been accused of looking and acting kind of like William Riker, but that must be a compliment. |

| General Overview | Despite being a strategist and a tactician on the job, Dow is a good man. He has a great sense of humor, in fact he always loves to joke around and get others to laugh. He will do his job to the best he can, but will always know when to ask for help and when to quit. Friendly, outgoing, and fun and the best ways to describe him. He is always willing to help when needed and will always offer help if he feels it is needed. | Personal History | Dow was born on Earth and has one brother. His brother, Jeremy, resides on Earth and is a civilian consultant on foreign affairs. Dow entered Starfleet when he was old enough and excelled in strategy, tactics, as well as command. He graduated from the Academy and spent time aboard the USS Intruder until the Dominion War and was asked to return to Starfleet HQ to help with battle strategies. Dow assisted in many campaigns, most notably helping plan the final assault on Cardassia Prime. After the war ended, Dow returned to Earth for a little time off and was then assigned to the Pegasus-B. Dow has been in relationships with women. In fact, he had fallen in love with a beautiful woman named Cassandra Bell. Dow and her had met shortly after he had graduated and they grew very close. She actually stayed with him while he was on board the Intruder. When the Dominion War started, and Dow was called away, Cassandra felt that they should not be together and ended their relationship of over 3 years. Since then, Dow has felt alone. He will never get his lost love back, but he hopes that another will come along. Dow has dedicated his life to Starfleet. He hopes to make a difference and is very honored to be aboard the flagship of Bravo Fleet. USS Pegasus is his new home, and he hopes to make many new friends and help benefit the Pegasus and her crew. |
