		Silver Star The Silver Star is awarded for gallantry displayed while in action against an enemy of the Federation, while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force, or while serving with friendly foreign forces engaged in an armed conflict against an opposing armed force in which the Federation is not a belligerent party. 		Bronze Star The Bronze Star is awarded to Starfleet and Marine Officers and Enlisted personnel for acts of heroism, acts of merit, or meritorious service in a combat zone.		Details

		Original Thinking Original Thinking is awarded to Starfleet and Marine Officers and Enlisted personnel that come up with new and unique ideas. These ideas could arise during a time of crisis or following research.		Details
		Grankite Order of Tactics Grankite Order of Tactics is awarded to any Starfleet Office or Enlisted personnel within the Security/Tactical Department that demonstrate excellence during a tactical engagement and exceptional tactical acumen. This can either be during a ship borne or ground engagement.		Details
		POW Citation POW Citation is awarded to Starfleet and Marine Officers and Enlisted personnel that are taken captive during a battle and/or a time of war.		Details
		Combat Action Citation Combat Action Citation is awarded to any Starfleet or Marine Officer or Enlisted personnel that takes active part in a combat situation in defense of the Federation		Details
		The Gan Laikan Medal of Discovery The Gan Laikan Medal of Discovery is awarded to any Starfleet Officer or Enlisted personnel within the Science Department who makes a new discovery. The discoveries include, but are not limited to Astronomy, Biology, Archaeology, Paleontology, Physics, or Genetics		Details
		Medal Of Peace The Medal Of Peace is awarded to Starfleet and Marine Officers that help bring peace to the Galaxy. Helping to end a battle or even a war, preventing conflict, and even for peaceful first contact with new species.		Details
		Medical Achievement Award The Medical Achievement Award is awarded to Starfleet and Marine Medical Personnel that come up with new treatments, cures, and procedures that help to save lives. This can also be awarded for going above and beyond to save lives in potentially hazardous conditions.		Details
		Medal of Sacrifice The Medal of Sacrifice is awarded to Starfleet and Marine personnel that willingly put the well being of others before themselves. To receive the award, a person doesn't necessarily need to give their life, however the action should be one that does put one's well being in jeopardy.		Details
		Distinguished Flying Cross The Distinguished Flying Cross is awarded to any Starfleet or Marine Officer or Enlisted personnel who distinguishes himself or herself in support of operations by "heroism or extraordinary achievement while participating in an aerial flight."		Details
		Meritorious Service Medal Meritorious Service Medal is an award presented to members of Starfleet who distinguished themselves by outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the Federation.		Details
		Sword of Kahless Awarded to any Starfleet or Starfleet Marine Officer, NCO, or Enlisted person for honorable actions in support of the Klingon Empire. This could be during Exchange Officer Duty or during Joint Operations missions.		Details
		Romulan Star Awarded to any Starfleet or Starfleet Marine Officer, NCO, or Enlisted person for actions in support of the Romulan Star Empire. This could be during Exchange Officer Duty or during Joint Operations missions. (This award is not longer officially given out since the Alliance between the Federation and Romulans has ended, however exceptions can be made on an individual basis).		Details
		Order of Cardassia Awarded to any Starfleet or Starfleet Marine Officer, NCO, or Enlisted person for honorable actions in support of the Cardassian Union. This could be during Exchange Officer Duty or during Joint Operations missions.		Details
		Career Service Citation Career Service Citation is awarded to any player that has remained with the Starbase 400 simm for at least 1 year.		Details
		Dominion War Veteran Awarded to all Starfleet and Starfleet Marine personnel that serviced to defend the Federation during the Dominion War.		Details
		Recruitment Award Recruitment Award is awarded to any player that recruits another member for the Starbase 400 simm. The recruited player must remain with the simm a minimum of 6 months for the recruiter to receive the award.		Details
		The James Sizemore Memorial Sim's Most Improved Simmer The James Sizemore Memorial Sim's Most Improved Simmer is awarded to the Player that has shown biggest improvement during the last Episode/Mission. This can be awarded to new or veteran players. The award is named for James Sizemore, a former player who passed away in 1998.		Details
		Sim's New Star Award Formerly known as the 'Simm's Newcomer of the Month', the Simm's New Star Award' is awarded to new members of the Starbase 400 simm that make a big impact to the game. This could be though posting, suggestions, or recruiting.		Details
		Sim's Post/Poster of the Episode Awarded to the player with the best overall post(s) for an Episode. This is an award for quality, not quantity. Players considered for the award should post high quality and detailed posts that are fun to read and move the story along.		Details
		The Michelle Cox Memorial Sim Role-Player of the Year The Michelle Cox Memorial Sim Role-Player of the Year is awarded to player that has had the biggest impact to the simm over the course of the previous year. The award is voted on by the crew and awarded to the player who receives the majority of votes. The Award is named for Michelle Cox, a former player who was killed in 1998 in automobile accident. 		Donation Award This award is given to any member who donates $5 or more to Starbase 400 to help us pay for our monthly server fees and our yearly domain name renewal. Donating is NOT required, it's optional, but we want to make sure everyone that donates is recognized for their generosity and support.		Details
		Sim Support Award Awarded to any member of the Starbase 400 simm that is willing to help keep the simm running and the sites updated. This can included, but is not limited to, helping update info on the NOVA page, Wiki pages, providing information for the Main LCARS site, or even posting ads on message forums and recruiting sites. 		Bravo Fleet's Medal of Collaboration The Medal of Collaboration is awarded to individuals who are deemed to have worked hard in collaboration with others and who embodies the true meaning of teamwork and collaboration, perhaps through joint posts, website creation or by joining different Offices in the fleet. 		Bravo Fleet's Medal of Achievement The Medal of Achievement is issued to the recipient for exceptional service to a simm, Task Force or Office in the fleet. This could include help with overall management of a simm or Task Force or a member who is consistently contributing to a simm or providing essential services from which other members may benefit (such as in the Academy, Graphics Team, Hall of Honour, etc.). 		Bravo Fleet's Writing Proficiency Awarded to a player for showing excellence in writing and development of storylines and of characters they write as.		Details
		The Gene Roddenberry Commendation of Excellent The Gene Roddenberry Commendation of Excellent is awarded annually on August 19th (birthday of Gene Roddenberry). Recipients demonstrate exceptional excellence to the simulation that they are a member of, as well as their current Task Force and/or the Fleet as a whole.		Details
		The Community Recognition Ribbon The Community Recognition Ribbon is awarded to the recipient for playing a major part in the development of the fleet's community, by boosting morale and fostering a positive group spirit.		Details
		The Admiralty Unit Citation The Admiralty Unit Citation may be awarded to a simm (and its members) for demonstrating excellence and setting a good example to all in the Fleet. The citation is awarded by majority vote of the BFA upon nomination by a member of Admiralty. Evidence (such as, but not limited to, posts, e-mails, etc.) must be provided when nominating a simm for this award.		Details
		Simming Prize The Simming Prize (officially The Prize for Simming and Online Role Playing in Memory of Seth Cotis) is an award that recognizes outstanding individuals and organizations within the simming and play-by-post role-playing community. The Simming Prize is given in memory of Seth Cotis, founder of the Starfleet Legacy Alliance and long-time leader within the Simming League. For many years the Simming Prize was awarded by the Simming League, but since 2014 it's been presented by The Simming Prize Trustees.		Details
