View Award - Romulan Star
Awarded to any Starfleet or Starfleet Marine Officer, NCO, or Enlisted person for actions in support of the Romulan Star Empire. This could be during Exchange Officer Duty or during Joint Operations missions. (This award is not longer officially given out since the Alliance between the Federation and Romulans has ended, however exceptions can be made on an individual basis).
