K'Temoc smiled warmly.

“I am ready.” Sarah said a she moved along side Aubrey. Let’s all leave the mm a few minutes before this me wedding starts.” This was when a father traditionally had a few minutes with his daughter. Anna didn’t have any parents but she had huge respect for the Admiral and hoped he would have a few words for her.“

"You look incredible Anna we'll see you out there." Aubrey said if she reaching to give and another hug before leaving the room.

“Thank you!” Anna said with a smile. She was excited. It was the day that she had waited for, to become Anna Bagwell.

Anna was grateful that Vice Admiral K’Temoc had arrived. She was so relieved when he had said he would give her away. His name was the first one that came to her. He might not know it but he had helped her in many ways in the time they had been stationed at 400 and on the USS Falcon.

K'Temoc held out his arm for Anna to take while he escorted her to the wedding.

Anna smiled at K’Temoc and took his arm. She knew she had a silly smile on her face but she didn’t care, this was something she had been waiting for. “Thank you.” Was all she said.

Location: Jaxon Ruveer Quarters

Dee, who had finally gotten dressed for the occasion, was on her way to Jaxon's quarters. She had only just met him but she had a good feeling about him and wanted both not to be alone at the wedding and the chance to get to know Jaxon. She soon arrived outside of his quarters. She pressed the door chime and waited.

Jaxon was adjusting his tuxedo, when you heard the intercom go off to his room. "Enter." He called out, he was not sure who was at the door. He wondered if it was another loss person. It been the fifth time this week that somebody had come to his room by accident.

The doors opened and Dee stepped into Jaxon's quarters. She wearing a dark blue dress that flowed gracefully to her ankles. It was a strapless top so her shoulders and arms were bare with her Trill spots on full view.

"Please come on in, I'm almost ready." Jaxon said as he was in the mirror trying to tie his bow tie correctly. No matter how many times he tried to get the loop perfect it was always lopsided.

"It's me, Deezell." she called out.

Jaxon was still struggling with this tie, as he turned around and noticed her in that beautiful dark blue dress, it had hit her body perfectly and she looked stunning. "You look incredible." Jaxon said hoping it wasn't being too forward.

"Thank you. I do feel good. It's a new dress. I saw it in one of the shops on the promenade and it kind of sang to me so I had to have it. You look so good too. Do you want help with your tie?" She asked.

"Yes I would love some help." Jaxon said, has he turned around. The desperation was in his eyes, he felt slightly defeating the tie on his own. However if anyone had to help him, he was glad it was her.

"OK." Dee replied coming up behind Jaxon so she could see him clearly in the mirror in front of them.

"Having been a man three times in my five lifetimes, I have had a fair amount of practice at fasting ties for all sorts of fancy formal occasions. " she advised. After a couple of careful moves with her hands, she had his tied fasten perfectly. " There, looking good sir."

"Please call me Jax or Jaxon if you must." Jaxon said with a warm smile. He then went on. "Does it look perfect?" Jaxon asked her. He hoped it did.

"Okay and please call me Dee. Yeah it looks great. You do too. The tuxedo looks good on you. Have you a holocamera? We should get a photo of us together all dressed up ready for the wedding. " Dee suggested.

Jaxon smiled, as he walked over to his dresser drawer on the top drawer there was a holocamera. "As a matter of fact I do, we are on a date makes sense to me." Jaxon said feeling like his answer was a little cheesy and, but he was happy he didn't have to go to the sweating line. He was also happy because it was another chance to get to hang out with Dee.

"Great. Set it up so we can get a good photo. " Dee suggested.

"I hope this is okay for a second date being my plus one at a wedding?" Jaxon asked. He hated attending events by himself. Especially when it was a couples event.

"Of course it is. We get to spend it together so that's a definite plus.

They took a few photos of themselves before heading for the reception.

Location: McWire's Personal Quarters

Percy was getting ready to join the wedding. The suit he put on was a needle-striped Jacket, slacks, a light blue shirt and a diamond-patterned tie.
Then he left his room and went to join the ceremony.

Location: Wedding Reception Hall

Ezekiel made his entrance into the wedding reception hall, he wasn't alone he was accompanied by Dustin and Sam. Two former members of his old ship the USS Falcon. That sounded weird for him to say. I guess we're going to start arriving and he needed to be there to greet them with the rest of his groomsmen.

Jett walked into the reception hall and looked around. Seeing the Colonel he headed over to speak to him. It seemed like the thing to do. Jett wasn’t certain if he should come, her barely knew his new boss but if he did not it might be taken as a slight. He even got them a gift. Jett didn’t even know you could register for gifts but he managed to get them something they wanted.

“Colonel.” Jett said as she be stopped in front of him. He had a feeling he hadn’t impressed Bagwell much at their first meeting but Jett had been caught off guard.

"Major, thank you for coming you can put the gifts over on that table."'Ezekiel said as he pointed to a table over on the left side of the room.

“Yes Colonel.” Jett nodded. “And congratulations. He headed over and placed the gift. Deciding to go and sit down, Jett headed inside. He asked the ushers to place him in an outside seat towards the back. He was glad to see a familiar face in the counselor. She was honest and straight forward, he appreciated that.

Olivia followed Jett in offering him a warm smile as she waited for Tim to catch her up. He’d gone to check on their twins and make sure they’d settled in okay with their babysitter. She hoped he wouldn’t be long.

Tim looked around as he made sure the Twins were ok. He smiled as he saw how well they were getting along with the babysitter. Giving the Twins a quick hug and a kiss and then looked at the time he realized that he was running a little late. Taking one quick look around he headed out the door to the reception.

Tim entered the reception hall and straightened his jacket with a quick tug before looking around. Seeing his lovely wife he headed in her direction saying his various hello as he made his way through the crowd. Reaching her he smiled and gave her a kiss, and said, “the Twins are ok, and have settled in nicely with the babysitter, and there is nothing to worry about. Tonight we are here to enjoy ourselves and the festivities.”

Olivia smiled as she held onto TJ’s arm as they mingled. “It’s been a while since we got to enjoy ourselves at a party, I plan to enjoy it.”

Bremer arrived and took a seat beside MacLeod. He looked around for a moment then let out a breath.

"You alright? Still sore?" Mac asked.

"Yeah, a little, but...it's a wedding. I can't help but to think about Janice, you know." Mike replied as Mac gave an understanding nod.

Kah’lyn arrived holding onto Croesus’ arm, having left their daughter with a babysitter. She smiled as she motioned them towards a table. “How’s about we sit over here my love?”

Croesus hated to wear formal attire but he did enjoy human cake and was promised a big piece if he came. " Yes my Dear. Remember our agreement I get cake."

“I remember” Kah’lyn grinned. “I’ll make sure you get a nice big slice.”

Leland walked into the wedding with Suki. Looking around he saw the Colonel. “Shall we walk over and say hello and then I can put their gift on the table?” He had tried wrapping it three times and finally asked Suki for help. At least he had gotten dressed on his own. She had approved of his outfit, which he was happy about. His mother always said he had great taste.

"Your lifesaver, I can't believe I almost forgot to get a gift. Seriously Leland, thank you." Suki said as she was trying to be humble with her response.

“I appreciated your expert gift wrapping.” Leland replied with a smile. “I almost forgot myself, I ran into my captain yesterday and she said she had just picked up their gift.”

"All I did was wrap the gift you're the one that got it and you saved my butt." Suki pointed out to him. She was not going to forget that generosity anytime soon.

“It was my pleasure to save you.” Leland smiled. “I know one day you will do the same for me.”

"I don't know, that might be asking a lot." Suki said with a big teasing grin on her face.

Leland grinned. “You know you wouldn’t let me sink, you’d teach me to swim.” He wondered if she had ever heard that saying before.

Suki and Leland take their seats waiting for the ceremony to start. She had a good feeling about their upcoming marriage, it wouldn't be today but you knew it would be soon.

Ariana mingled amongst the crowd, her security detail in tow. She hated that she had a protection detail, but until matters were sorted regarding Cameron it was something she’d have to put up with.

Dee and Jaxon arrived at the Wedding Reception Hall. There was already so many people there, quite a crowd. They approached Ezekiel who was stood with his grooms men waiting to greet the guests as they arrived.

"Hello Colonel." Dee said as she approached.

"Lieutenant Vox, you look lovely tonight may I assume Lieutenant Ruveer's is your plus one." Ezekiel ask what the warm smile on his face.

"Thank you Colonel and yes he is indeed but also my insurance policy so to speak. To keep me out of trouble. " Dee replied with a smile.

Jaxon had a big grin on his face. He chuckled inside when she said, to keep her out of trouble. Dee was a sweetheart he thought to himself.

"I am happy you both could make it, it means a lot to Anna and I." Ezekiel said as he motion for them to continue on.

"Couldn't possibly missed this day." Dee replied. She and Jax headed into the reception hall to mingle with the other guests.

"We appear to be a few minutes early, can I buy you a drink?" Jaxon asked with a warm smile on his face.

"Sure, a nice red wine would be lovely. Thank you." She replied.

"My pleasure, we should probably find a place to sit down too." Jaxon said with a warm smile on his face. He did not want to sit in the back.

"Of course. " she spotted a table with no one sat at it. "I will go and sit over there." she said pointing towards the vacant table.

Jaxon smiled as he headed over to the bar, he grabbed two drinks. With a glass of wine and you can he started to walk over to the table where Dee was sitting. "Here you go." Jaxon said as he handed her the drink.

"Thank you. I am looking forward to this. Over my five lifetimes, I've seen so many people get married and gotten married four times myself. It's nice when it's not your wedding so you can sit back and watch from the sidelines." Dee commented.

"You personally been married four times before, or are you talking about your symbiote it's been married four times before?" Jaxon asked trying to get clarification.

"That's right. I have never been married but in my five lifetimes, four of my hosts have. The only host not to be married was Raekwon, who was once described by someone who wanted to be his wife, as frustratingly aloof. I suppose, if things had been different, those two might have gotten together. She got a shock when she came to the station last month and met me. That was, shall we say, difficult and not go into that further. " Dee replied.

"They have an earth tradition the one who catches the girdle, has a good chance of being the next one to get married according to human superstition." Jax pointed out to her. He meant that to be humorous, he hoped you took it as such.

"Thinking ahead aren't we," Dee replied. "I will do my best when the girdle is thrown." She added winking at him.

"Can of thinking of which, I think we should take our seats. Most of the people are in here now. And again thank you for being my plus one, I hate going to weddings alone." Jaxon said as you look towards everyone else knowing that the wedding was going to start soon.

"Absolutely and I'm delighted to be with you. Can you remember where our seats are as I can't?" Dee asked.

" Of course." Jaxon said as he lead the way, you didn't want to look like a fool so he had studied the seating reservations that was in his message. He was glad he did because there are a lot of people at this event. "How well do you know the bride or groom?" Jaxon really did not know them.

"Reasonably well but I would like to get to know them better. The majority of the time I have spent with them are memories of Raekwon. So I, Deezell, have not had much interaction as yet. "

Dustin stood beside Ezekiel. “There are a lot of people coming to celebrate with you and Anna.” He was thinking he didn’t want all the fanfare.

Xalanth hurried down the corridor doing his best to do up his formal uniform. Trust the last ship inspection to have lasted an extra hour. The contraband haul was impressive, but he hated the thought of missing his friend's wedding. Slipping into the hall he smiled when he found his own family and walked over giving his daughters a reassuring hug. They looked adorable in the matching formal robes of his people.

More people started to enter, some of them he recognized were either current or former crew of the USS Falcon somewhere station personnel somewhere doctors. They were people that they knew but didn't know personally. The station had turned their wedding into a big event, in part he was happy about it but he knew Anna probably wouldn't be as happy but she was a trooper nonetheless. He felt like she should be treated like a queen or a princess. This was her big day as well and she deserved all the attention she got.

Admiral T'Lar walked in with Brandon and Raivyn in tow minus her spouse, Jack. He seemed to be absent a lot. She was running late as she had some last minute things to do in OPS. She looked around, amazed how many were there. She found a seat and seated her and her kids next to her.

The time it finally drawn near the music had changed it was a musical cue for the groomsmen to make their way up the aisle. Ezekiel is getting a little nervous but in a good way, he hated being the center of attention but for today he would be. Well until Anna showed up. He nodded to his groomsmen to start making their way to their opening positions. Ezekiel started to make his way up the aisle well offering his mom's hand to escort her to her seat. His father followed right next to them as a three of them started to go up the aisle way together.

Each of the groomsmen took a bridesmaid and went up the aisle way. Then it came time for Sarah and Sam, who recently got engaged to take their places Sam being the best man and Sarah being the maid of honor to walk up the aisle. Sam new before too long it would be his turn to go up the aisle and have Sarah and her beautiful wedding dress waiting for him at the end of the aisle. He imagined what she would look like in a wedding dress, before now he needed to focus on his friends and their wedding.

"You look amazing." Softly said Sam as I started to slowly walk up the aisle away, keeping in pace with the music that was playing.

“You are the most handsome man here.” Sarah whispered. “I have eyes for no one but you.”

It was getting any moment now, Ezekiel was anticipating the here comes the Bride song a traditional classic passed down from the early 20th century. All of the groomsmen's in bridesmaids were now in place, it was now time. He was nervous and excited which was a strange feeling for him, most of the time he was able to regulate his control over his emotions.

Anna smiled as she watched each of her bridesmaids head out. And then Sarah, her maid of honor hugged her and headed in. A few moments later, the music started, signaling their entry. She smiled at K’Temoc. “I believe it’s time!” She said with a smile and they started walking down the towards Zeke and the others.

K'Temoc smile has he escorted Anna down the isle. Once they stopped, the Minister looked at everyone with a warm smile. "Who gives this woman to be married."

"I do, on behalf of her family." K'Temoc replied. He then kissed Anna on the cheek before walking back to take his seat.

Anna smiled as she looked to Zeke, her eyes were a little glossy from the tears that threatened. K’Temoc had made her realize how she had a family here on Starbase 400 and especially the man in front of her.
