Location: SS Cercatore di Tesori
Timeline: MD2

Splendora paced up and down the ship's small gathering room. Isaiah, Michael, Mikhail, Michael and Rol sat at the table. They were still waiting for Tom, Carolyn, and Ariana.
"Relax." Braxton said.
"How can I relax?" She sighed. "Where the hell are they? We should have taken my ship."
Michael snorted. "We'll be lucky if we get there in this ship. Starfleet is not welcome."
"This is not a Starfleet ship. Plus I gave Tom the codes."
“Room for one more?” Carolyn asked quietly as she stopped in the open doorway. Her eyes swept the room and she nodded at Braxton, and offered Rol a warm smile. Turning her attention to Splendora she frowned, “Hades said to meet him here.”
“Then I guess that makes two of us” Ariana smiled as she appeared behind Carolyn. “I received a message.” She looked at Carolyn. “I heard you were unwell, I hope all is alright now?”
"Nothing some sleep wont fix," Carolyn replied quietly.
Tom finally arrived aboard his ship, the SS Cercatore di Tesori, a new Kaplan F17 Speed Freighter. He was carrying a small bag and pushed a rather large anti-grv sled with a few cases on it. He parked the sled in the lower cargo hold and locked it in place.
"Sorry everyone, I had a few things to pick up. If time allows I have meeting to make on the way back to the Station." Tom said as he walked passed everyone on his way up to the ship's flight control. He took his seat in the commander's chair and activated the holo-graphic flight controls.
Tom looked back at Splendora, "Are we waiting on anyone else?"
"No," she said. "Hades has already left with Skye." She whispered to Tom.
Ariana took a seat offering a warm smile to Braxton and Rol. She’d changed since last she’d seen Mikhail, or Rol for that matter. She wasn’t just plain old Ariana anymore she hadn’t had time to really delve into just what her blended self was truly like. Her trip back to the First Federation would give her time to explore it, with that in mind she wanted to talk with Splendora.
Crossing the room, Carolyn waved off Rol's offer of his seat and instead opted to lean against the bulkhead. "If I sit down I am not getting back up," she teased him.
“If you change your mind just say so, I don’t mind standing.” Ariana offered Carolyn a smile. “If I sit here too long they’ll have to pry me out of the seat!” She grinned.
"I'm good," Carolyn assured her.
Splendora smiled. "Let's go. Hades will... meet us there."
"Alright everyone, please ensure your seats are in the upright and locked positions." Tom said with a smirk. He tapped a few commands with his left hand on the holo-control. The small ship then lifted off, turned, and exited out of Starbase 400.
Tom flew passed the new USS Essex-C orbiting the station, then the medical ship USS Desmond Doss. After passing the inner marker the Cercatore di Tesori shot away at warp.
Ariana relaxed back in her seat. “So does anyone want to tell me exactly what’s going on? All I got was a message from Hades telling me to be here ready to take a trip to the First Federation.”
Splendora spoke up. "Starfleet wants an in with the First Federation and they thought it best to send a low key team on the account that we're not very liked and it's us or the Romulans....I think that you and Carolyn are here to soften up one of the council members, namely Hades."
“Sounds like a walk in the park,” Carolyn commented.
“Seriously!?” Ariana raised her eyebrows in a way that would make a Vulcan proud. “I can’t see Hades wanting to trust the bureaucrats of Starfleet with his beloved First Federation. I’m not sure I blame him to be honest.”
Splendora sighed. "Yeah and there is a problem there that nobody has accounted for."
Ariana looked at Splendora curiously. “What’s that?”
"I know for a fact that Hades has a soft spot for the Romulans. They helped his people and when he tried to hunt down those responsible for project rebirth they brought him many of the scientists. They saved the original colonists from Section 31 and Hades went to them to help get them to the First Federation. He's seen more help from them then he has Starfleet"
Ariana nodded. “Hades and those of the First Federation saved my life, as much as I’m a Starfleet Officer I owe Hades more.” She gazed at Carolyn then back at Splendora. “I’ll be damned if I’m gong to betray Hades!”
Splendora placed a hand on her shoulder. "It'll be alright."
Ariana nodded. “I’m seriously going to struggle with leaving him behind when we return to the station, he’s been like a ... father figure I guess.” She smiled a wry smile.
Tom glanced back, trying not to listen to the convocation, but having overheard it. He took a deep breath.
