"Captain we have arrived in the Unroth System." Sam called out in a clear tone. They had prepared for this day, now it was time to see it through.

"Commander Rodgers, that's your green lite, get those shield emitters offline. We can not start our attack, until they are down." Ezekiel called out.

"Yes Sir," Sarah replied with a nod. She quickly stood and spoke. "Lieutenant's Carrington and Reynolds, you are with me."

Ariana watched as Sarah readied her team to go, once Sarah was off the bridge it was up to her to step in as second Officer and take the XO’s position.

"Commander Monroe, can you take the helm for the moment." Ezekiel asked, as he looked over to his first officer and her small away team. His eyes basically told them good luck, as he waited for Ariana to respond.

“Yes Sir” Ariana nodded and moved across to the helm. She hoped they didn’t need any special moves or tactics she was not a spectacular pilot but she could hold her own in a fight.

Ezekiel was remembering back to the dinner they had last night with Anna. He felt her sentiment. The mission was risky, but achievable. Everything had to go according to plan. "We have one shot at this, lets get this right. We get through this, I have a surprise for you all tonight in the mess hall." Ezekiel said, with a big grin on his face.

"Something to look forward too." A Security Officer said, as she managed the station on the bridge.

“Indeed” Ariana nodded in agreement.

A short time had passed, and Dustin and Sam where on the perimeter of the colony. They both looked to Sarah. "Were in position Commander." Dustin said, as he looked over to Sarah.

Sam was watching their six. So far they had managed to slip in, and that was a good thing for him. He was caring most of the explosives they were going to use in order to keep the shields down.

Sarah looked from Carrington to Reynolds. "Setting the explosives now." She replied and went to work. They needed to make certain the shields would stay down for their mission to be a success.

Sam grabbed the bag. This seemed to be to easy. He wondered if it was a trap, or if the enemy was literally this dumb and over confident in their terror campaign. "Here you go." He said in a low voice, to avoid drawing any attention on them.

Dustin looked on very vigilantly. As he had his rifle in hand. The moment was upon them, and he was ready to go.

Sarah took the bag and spoke. “Let’s go and keep your eyes open for trouble. I have a feeling something isn’t quite right but nothing definitive.

Meanwhile back on the bridge.

(Going to do a lot of cut scenes, going back and forth to build up the tension and suspense.)

"It's almost time, Miss Miller, I hope our engines are hot and ready to go." Ezekiel said as he looked over to his chief engineer. "The helm will need all the horses you can spare." He pointed out to her.

“They are more than ready,” Aubrey replied. She had made certain a mission as important as this one. The captain should know she wouldn’t let him down.

"Good good." Ezekiel said, wishing it was him that was leading this mission. He knew that Sarah was a good first officer, and a special operations qualified leader. But deep down, he missed going on the missions.

"Commander, geo-synchronous orbit issues?" Ezekiel asked. He was a little on edge. He wondered if Ariana could sense it. He wondered if the entire bridge crew could sense it.

Ariana could indeed sense Zeke’s mood, she offered a smile as she looked towards him. “No problems Sir” she wanted to add a few words of calming advice but her concentration needed to be on the helm.

Meanwhile at the complex facility.

Sam was taking the lead as they walked closer to there objective. Sam could see the generator room. It was not being defended. That seemed very strange to him. Was this a set up, or where they over confident in their security perimeter, that the guards assigned to it, were goofing off? Sam was not sure. He glanced over to Sarah, to see what she wanted to do.

“We need to get this mission completed,” Sarah said to Sam. “But it’s very strange there is no opposition to us, not a single guard. And yet I don’t detect anything out of the ordinary. Let’s proceed with caution.”
She didn’t want to fail her orders.

Sam was not sure how to proceed, so he just proceeded inside. There was one man sitting with his back turned against them. He could not see them from his angle. Sam noticed the man was watching something on a small device. He was clearly distracted. Sam looked over to Sarah. Waiting for the go ahead order, with hand motions.

Sarah gave him a sign for them to go ahead. She moved quietly towards the man and stunned him with her phaser, all the while looking around for any sign of trouble ahead.

Dustin wasted little time, getting on to the computer. He could not believe his eyes. The troops were goofing off. Not taking their roles very seriously. "I can not believe it, are they really that dumb and nieve to think, we would not be able to infiltrate their facility. Boy they are in for a rude awaking." Dustin said, in disbelief, as he showed Sarah a camera with most of the men playing cards.

“They appear to be that dumb,” Sarah murmured. “But as we both know looks can be deceiving. I have a feeling that is making me uneasy, the sooner we are successful the better.”

Sam and Dustin both looked at her for a moment, then Dustin started to take down the shield platform, while telling the computer to run a diagnostic check, so they would not be able to get the shield up for some time. Next move was to signal the Falcon, and get the hell out of there.

“I’m contacting the Falcon,” Sarah said quietly. “Then, we need to go!” She looked at both of them. “Go by the book and back to the ship. Understood!” Sarah couldn’t shake that feeling, she wanted all three of them back on the Falcon in one piece.

Dustin waited for her to make contract, then the shields dropped as he inputted the sequence to lower them, and put them in a diagnostic cycle. They were now ready to beam back to the Falcon.

Sarah informed the ship they were ready and they stood together waiting to beamed back aboard.

The USS Falcon flew close to the planet surface, in order to drop her shields momentarily, to allow the ship to beam back their away team. "Commander Monroe, let me know when we are in range."

“We’ll be in range any moment Sir” She monitored their progress. “Entering optimal range ... now!”

"Tactical drop shields and beam them up quickly." Ezekiel called out.

"Aye sir." The tactical officer, said then after a few seconds he continued on. The Falcon took a few hits when the shields were down. After a few jolts, the tactical officer continued to say. "Away team aboard, raising shields now."

"Nicely done. Let's finish this, tactical target the generators, proceed to primary target." Ezekiel called out, as the ship pressed on with its primary mission. After a long battle, The Falcon managed to destroy the escort vessel, and take out several fighters, before they withdrew. Allowing Ezekiel and the crew of the Falcon to take out the primary target. The scene starts to fade away.
