Starbase 400's Mission Statement:
Starbase 400 strives to offer a place for creative writers to explore their characters in the Star Trek Universe that's free from harassment and discrimination while being inclusive to all. A safe environment for anyone to come together, collaborate, have fun, and create something new.
Winner of the 2012, 2014, and 2021 Simming Prize, 2017 Squiddie Award, and the 2019 'Outstanding Star Trek' winner by the Tournament of Sims managed by the Winner of the 2011 Simming Prize, Mike Bremer, Starbase 400 is a Star Trek sim set in the post-Nemesis era, in the year 2397. Starbase 400 takes Canon Trek and mixes it with elements of Simi-Canon as well as the simm's own history to make a unique simming experience for everyone!

It's the year 2400 and a new century is upon us. New technologies are being researched, exploration of the vast unknown continues, and it is a time of change for the Federation and the rest of the Galaxy. Starbase 400 is a Spacedock type station orbiting Kaleb IV in Beta Quadrant. Starbase 400 is positioned close to Klingon, Romulan, Gorn, Tholian, and Krazzle territories as well as open space and the unclaimed 'Triangle', home to pirates and criminals. Starbase 400 is key to the Federation's defense in this region known as the 'Ares Operational Theater'.
Starbase 400 is the Flag Base the 'Ares Operational Theater' and is home to a variety of Support ships. Classes include; Odyssey, Defiant, Intrepid, Sovereign, Ronin, Sagan, Akira, Prometheus, Athena, Nebula, Ambassador, Excelsior, Steamrunner, Diligent, Constitution Refit, Saber, Olympic, Galaxy, Centaur, Interceptor, Miranda Refit, Excelsior Refit, Akula Refit, Vesta, Luna, Century, Norway, California, New Orleans, Galaxy Refit, Nova, Oberth, Gagarin, Excelsior II, Ross, Sutherland, Reliant, Constitution III, and Inquiry! The crew is assigned to a wide variety of mission types including Exploration, Science, Federation Defense, Combat, Covert Operations, Intelligence Gathering, Emergency Response, Diplomatic, more.

Starbase 400 is a slow paced, highly detailed, active fan fiction writing group or 'sim'. Since 1995, we've developed a vast back-story, complete with a full crew of players and more than two dozen permanent NPCs, as well as a fleet of ships, and a dangerous intersection of space to defend. To support the in character universe, Starbase 400 maintains an academy, a database, a timeline of sim canon, and logs of each mission to ensure members are informed. Infused with a focus on character development and realistic storytelling, these factors combine, producing an intensely vibrant sim. For over a quarter of a century, Starbase 400 has focused on character development and realistic storytelling. As a friendly community of adult fans and writers, we strive to work together to produce not only wonderful stories for all to read, but to also grow together and move forward, expanding on our little corner of the final frontier.
Starbase 400 is a multi-award winning sim and community. We're a three time recipient of the 'Simming Prize' (2012, 2014, 2021) as an outstanding sim, a 2017 recipient of OnGoing Worlds' 'Squiddie Award' for 'Facilitating the Community Experience' as an outstanding sim, and a 2019 Tournament of Sims winner of 'Outstanding Star Trek. Our first award was Sim of the Month in Tango Fleet in 1997. We were Bravo Fleet's first Sim of the Year in 1997 and went on to receive Sim of the Month on eight separate occasions, as well as Sim of the Quarter and Admiralty Unit Citation in 2017. While a member of the 22nd Fleet, Starbase 400 received the Post of the Month Gold Award four times (twice in 2020 and twice in 2021) as well as the Sim of Valor for 2021. Now, as a member of Theta Fleet we've been awarded on multiple occasions. We've also received over forty awards for our website's content and design over the years. Starbase 400 is also managed by the 2011 Simming Prize winner, Mike Bremer. Starbase 400 is a Nova played sim that's been active continuously since 1995. For almost 30 years we've provided quality interactive simming for new and veteran players alike. We take Canon Trek and mix it with elements of Simi-Canon and the Sim's own history to make a unique simming experience for everyone!

Some of you may be wandering about my most recent post it is no me asking for or arranging an LOA or an ELOA rather it is an idea for a solo series of posts that I feel fit in with this particular mission.
as for things mentioned like Murder Inc it was a real organization with ties to the mafia here in the USA back in I think the mid 70s look them up if you have questions they were hienious in my opinion.
I fully expect there to be fall out for cameron from this I would not have written it otherwise nor written it the way I did. What that fall out is well I leave that up to the members of the sim. Just know Cameron and by extension myself are not going anywhere.
