Location: Quarters
Timeline: After Wedding

They arrived back to there quarters, they were now married and Jewel smiled. "Well I can officially say Mrs. Hurd," Jewel said with a smile and kissed David then changed out of her wedding outfit. "David have a question for you," Jewel stated as she finished changing and walked back out in the living room in her uniform.

Taking his Uniform Jacket he said, ''Go ahead hun, whats up?''

"Was wondering would you like to go to Earth with me? I know you want to take the Saratoga and you can I will be taking the Sutherland. She been refitted with slipstream so I will get there within four and a half hours were as the Saratoga will get there in two and a half days. So by the time you get there I will have taken care of what I need to." Jewel started as she got herself something to drink.

"What I am trying to say is when you get to Earth we can go on our honeymoon. I always wanted to go to Australia," Jewel asked looking at David and placing a hand on her growing stomach.

David smiled, and said, ''Hun, that sounds like a great idea!'' Cracking a little bit of a wider smile, he said, ''Although, i must admit, i am quite envious of the Sutherland, though.''

"I know," Jewel said as she looked at him. "We might want to get packed we leave tomorrow." Jewel replied as she kissed her husband. She walked into the bedroom and grabbed her suitcase and opened it on and started putting her clothes in them that she would need. When she finished she closed it back up and set it in the living room where she wouldn't forget it.

"So you going to pack or what?" Jewel asked smiling at him.

Smiling at his Wife, he said, gesturing to a sea bag sitting along the wall, ''Hun, i already am, a Marine's always ready.''

She smirked, "you always seemed to have everything ready before I say anything huh?" Jewel laughed as she hugged him. "I am happy that were together forever my love." Jewel said as she placed his hand on her stomach to feel there son. "Soon we will be complete," Jewel said as she looked at him.

Marveling at Jewel, and Thinking about his soon-to-be-born child, he said, his voice full of emotion, ''Yes Baby, we will be.''

She looked at the time, "I am going to go down to Diplomatic to make sure everything is set before I leave, I am sure you want to do the same thing with the Marines." Jewel stated looking at him.

Smiling, and running his hand across Jewel's cheek, he said, ''Thats true hun, i have to go make sure things are going ok, and also have to meet my new Executive Officer.''

She nodded, "I'll see you in a couple of hours," Jewel replied as she straighten out her uniform and walked out of there quarters and headed for her office.

As Jewel walked out the door, David called after her, ''Love you Hun.'' After the doors had slid shut, David slid into his duty uniform, grabbed and latched his .45 pistol belt around his waist, and left his quarters, heading to meet his new XO.
