Mission: Mission 81 - Revenge
Location: USS Pegasus, Bridge
Timeline: Following 'Briefing'

ON:

It had been several hours since Bremer and T'Lar had spoken via subspace. Mike had returned to the Bridge and was fixed on watching the Starlighter ahead of them.

“Admiral, we’re nearing the Rumu system.” Chief Branson reported from Flight Control.

Mike stood up as K’Temoc added, “The Starlighter is dropping to impulse.”

“Chief, take us out of warp, stay on him.” Mike ordered. He tapped his comm-badge, "Red alert, Captain Harrison report to the Bridge."

“Sir, I’m picking up the partial remains of two Starships on the surface, as well as remains of several cities and smaller settlements, they look to of been bombarded from orbit about thirteen years ago, no life signs. Wait, I do have a small concentration of life signs, there’s several buildings down there, about a kilometer from the Starships. Picking up what look to be warehouses, a small control center, and two landing pads. There are about eighty people down there, including the Starlighter’s crew and Ensign K’Wor. They have transport inhibitors active...we can beam in but not beam anyone out until they are taken offline.” Roebuck reported from Tactical.

“It’s a smuggler’s base.” Mike blurted out. Westmoreland had been a smuggler before joining Starfleet. In a plea deal, he’d skipped jail time after being caught by going to the Academy. In some ways, Mike wasn’t surprised when he learned Westmoreland had joined Clark’s Pirate group after several years in Starfleet. After a moment, Bremer returned to the here and now as Harrison arrived on the Bridge.

Mike turned and walked up the ramp, “Colonel Hurd, ready your teams.” Mike stepped beside his Marine Commander while he was looking at sensor map of the base. “I want insertion points here, here and here.” He pointed to both landing pads and the control center. “You lead the control center assault. Once it’s secure, deactivate those inhibitors then tap into their database. I want to know how long this place has been here, what they smuggle in and out, and what ships visit. We’re putting an end to this operation. I’ll lead the assault on the landing pad the Starlighter sat down on.”

Looking to the insertion points the Admiral had pointed out, Hurd studied the for a few seconds and said, ''Aye sir, I will have three ten man teams, on for each point you indicated, assault and secure each one of them.'' Pausing for a moment, he continued, ''After they are secure, i will leave two men from each team as a rear security element, then i will lead the Marsoc and Delta units from each team to secure the control center, locate de-activate the inhibitor's, and tap into the database and retrieve the information that you requested.'' Also sir, i will be assigning you three of my most experienced, most trusted Force Recon Marines as a Body-Guard detail.

Mike looked back at Hurd, "The inhibitors are priority. Understood? I'll lead the assault on Landing Pad One, get K'Wor, and get him out of there."

Mike turned around to face the crew on the Bridge, “Gillo, keep a constant eye on the Away Team and my son. Once he’s secure and the inhibitors are offline, we’ll beam him directly to Sick-Bay, be ready to transport on a moment’s notice. Baratan, Tactical. Alex, you have the Bridge, if any ship enters sensor range, challenge them friend or foe. The Cardassians have agreed not to enter the Sector while we’re here, so they shouldn’t be an issue. Coleman, scan the debris of the Starships, see if you can identify if any belong to the Pegasus-A and if anything has been disturbed since crashing thirteen years ago.” Mike gave out orders to his crew, and then started toward the turbolift.

Saith glared at Admiral Bremers' back. Tactical! She really wanted to be part of the away team. She considered arguing with him, then reluctantly moved to the Tactical station. She plunked into the chair heavily and logged in. She pulled up the schematics of the base below.

Coleman moved to one of the consoles along the starboard side ramp. He began to scan around the smuggler's base on the planet surface. Once he began his scans, he noticed all the Starfleet and various other ship parts down there. He remember hearing about the USS Universal and USS Pegasus-A fighting at this planet around thirteen years ago, but his knowledge of the incident was quite limited. He continued with his scans and noticed that, according to the records, the parts that landed and didn't burn up were moved around a little bit. He would need to run more intense scans, but he did notice a few things out of place.

Saith was feeling very cross. To no one in particular she said, “Should we tell Sickbay to prepare for a bloodbath?” She noticed a caustic glance from an office a couple of stations away. “Seriously, we are sending what? 33 people down to a base with minimum of 80 hostiles, who know we are here, know we will beam down, and don’t seem concerned at all about it.”

She pointed to her tactical screen. “They haven’t sounded any alarms, they haven’t put up any extra screens or force fields, so I was just wondering. Who is so nonchalant about a hostile warship in orbit?”

Roebuck glanced over, "I'm not picking up any planetary based shields or weapons. It's a small outpost with low energy emissions, defensive systems would give them away to patrolling ships a sector away."

Mike glanced over at Saith, he wasn't in the mood to be questioned, especially by an Ensign...and even more especially by a Romulan. "You don't always go in with your biggest guns blazing, Ensign. Sometimes a quick, precise, tactical insertion is more effective." He looked over at Harrison, then back to Saith, "And yes, notify Sick-Bay to prepare for incoming casualties."

Saith jabbed at the computer monitor, trying to get a better idea of how the inhibitors and everything was powered. She figured their best shot was to be able to drop everything at once and beam people out.

Holly made sure to read between the lines with the Admiral's orders and got a good lock on the team making sure not to lose it. She could feel the emotions on the bridge and that just made her drive even harder at her job. Her fingers flew across the board with speed that was quicker than what she did on a normal bases. The scans of the base were telling and she was able to pin point where everyone was at. There was nothing to be done right now in regards to transport but she could read all was going to plan so far.

Saith fumed, she had to bite her lip to not respond to the Admiral’s admonishment. What she really wanted to say was “yes, but you also don‘t take a knife to a gun fight.” Instead she said nothing. She sent the notification to Sickbay and continued to run through the information on her terminal.

The turbo lift doors open and Lee slowly stepped out wearing his uniform:"And where would you like me at Admiral?"

Mike smiled, "Welcome back Lee." He glanced over at Harrison, "I'm sure Alex will find something for you to do."

Lee smiled back:"Thank you sir."

Alex felt tense but seeing Lee, it took some of it away. She pointed to Tactical two.

Lee nodded at Alex and then slowly headed for Tactical Two.

Saith spun in her seat and looked at Captain Pike. She smiled, at least something was going right today. She turned back to her terminal.

“K’Temoc, Reobuck, Ramata’tar you’re with me.” Mike added. A few minutes later they arrived in Transporter Room Three. Three Marines that Colonel Hurd assigned were there waiting.

“Admiral I’ve linked with Transporter Rooms Five and Six. The moment the Marines are ready, we'll beam all three teams in simultaneously.” Reported the Transporter Chief.

Bremer, K’Temoc, Roebuck, Ramata’tar, and the three Marines geared up with TR600 Tricorders, Type-IIf Phasers, and Type-IIIe Phaser Rifles. Everyone activated their equipment and checked power cells before stepping onto the transporter pad. Mike also carried the bat'leth Hurd had given him for the mission.

Samuel or Doc as had begun calling himself since everyone else was some months ago had so far managed to stay lost in the chaos that unfolding until now the marines were goanna be landing and with background and being assigned as a corpsman/medic meant he have to report to marine co and in all likely with be deployed with marines.

The Starlighter had landed. Westmoreland walked to the aft section and helped K’Wor to his feet, “Let’s go.”

“The Pegasus is in orbit, you know they’ll be beaming down soon!” One of Westmoreland’s crew members reported.

“I’m counting on it.” Westmoreland replied with a smirk. The four disembarked the Starlighter as two others walked up. “Get her ready to leave on the double.” Westmoreland said to them as they passed him.”

Westmoreland removed K’Wor’s gag, “Looks a little failure huh? We used sections of the Peg-A’s Saucer Section and the Universal that didn’t burn up when they entered the planet’s atmosphere to construct our little outpost.

“You’ve been scavenging the remains of the Pegasus-A and Universal, why?” K’Wor asked.

“Where do you think the Clark and his Pirates in the Triangle got quantum torpedoes, hellfire torpedoes, type-10 phaser arrays, and other modern equipment?” Westmoreland asked in return.

K’Wor looked around as they passed though one of the warehouses, “So the weapons used against us are from the Pegasus-A? You’re pirate group is involved in illegal weapons trafficking...”

Westmoreland stopped and faced K’Wor, “Let’s get one thing straight, I’m not a Pirate. Never was!”

“No, you’re a smuggler, you’re in it for latinum only. Instead of stealing from people directly, you sell them the weapons they need to carry out their raids, getting paid with the money they steal...you’re no better than they are. You’re hands are just as bloody.” K’Wor replied.

Westmoreland smirked, “You know, for a moment, I thought I was listening to your old man again.” He re-gagged K'Wor before they started walking again...

After a few moments, the Chief spoke up. “Energizing Admiral.”

A moment later, the Marines beamed down to their assault areas. Bremer and his team beamed down next to the Starlighter, surprising the two people that were working on the small ship. Roebuck and one of the Marines stunned one, while Bremer used the bat'leth to eliminate the other.

Mike looked at Ramata’tar, “As we discussed.” And quickly the Jem Hadar First shrouded himself, and disappeared. “Mister Roebuck, Private, remain here and secure the area. The rest with me."

K’Temoc pulled his tricorder and scanned, “I have K’Wor’s life signs. He’s three hundred meters, this way, inside what looks like one of their cargo storage areas. Mike, those bays are full of weapons. Rifles, torpedoes, phaser emitters.”

“Admiral, over here.” Called one of the Privates. He pointed to one of the doors. On it, a small plate on the door read, ‘USS Pegasus, Galaxy Class Refit, NCC-53847-A’

Mike looked at the door for a moment, whipping away black smudges from the plate to read more, “This came from deck three of the Saucer Section, the Officers’ Ward Room.” After a moment, he turned back toward the direction his son was. “Let’s move.”

On the Pegasus bridge, Saith reviewed their tasks and their orders, with a sigh; there really was nothing for her to do but wait for all Hell to break loose. ‘At least I will be ready when it does,’ she thought. She noticed movement on the screen, to the bridge she reported “There is movement on the ground,” she double-checked, “six life-signs moving from the northern perimeter towards the central compound.” She looked to the center console; there was no way to let the away team know without giving away their position, it was up to Harrison. She watched the screen and waited for orders.

Alex looked over at her and nodded in acknowledgement but before she could react, they were already upon them. Alex shook her head and prayed a short prayer for them.

Hurd and his team had just made it to the control room, when Renfro said, "Something doesn't smell right." Almost as soon as he had spoken those words, the control room doors exploded outward, striking two of his Marines and throwing them back several yards. Hurd yelled ''Medic!'' As he and his team returned fire, and more fire came pouring out of the control room. Hurd and his team advanced into a hail of phaser fire, which seriously wounded several more of his men. However, the amount of fire coming from the control center was dying down, and Hurd and his team were now fully inside it.

During the firefight, his Marines had taken out several hostile personnel, and when two others turned to fire at him, Hurd and three of his men had their weapons pointed at them. '' Drop them now, get down on your knees and place your hands behind your head, because if you so much as twitch, i will shoot you''. The prisoner complied, and immediately, Hurd said to his men, Secure them, and get those inhibitors off-line. A few moments later, a Marine said, ''Sir, all inhibitors are offline, and we have begun to download their database.

Smiling grimly, Hurd tapped his combadge and said, ''Hurd to Admiral Bremer, Inhibitors are off-line, we have taken several prisoners, and have begun to download their database.'' Also, I have wounded, and am requesting Medical assistance''

The Marine Captain looked around, the pad seemed to be clear.

"Nothing on my tricorder, sir." Reported Private T'ork. The Klingon looked at the two old Type-6 shuttles sitting on the pad.

"Two men remain here, lock this place down." Lennon ordered as he and the rest of the squad moved out. They were to sweep and clear the surrounding area, "Private you've got the point. Let's move."

The Admiral’s team left the landing pad and headed for the warehouse area.

The sky was bright and the area around the smugglers’ base was barren...just rocks and sand. Remu Three was by all accounts, a dead planet now. The group moved forward, entering the first warehouse. Their eyes struggled to adjust to the dimly lit interior of the cargo warehouse, when suddenly a phaser blast cut down one of the Marines.

Bremer’s team jumped for cover behind a stack of quantum torpedo casings. K’Temoc scanned with his tricorder, “Five men, all human...and K’Wor. He appears to be in the back corner.”

Mike looked at his team, “Suppressive fire, avoid the corners.” He looked forward, straining to see both his son, and Westmoreland, but could see neither. A moment later the three took firing positions and returned fire.

The bright pulses of energy cut through the darkness. One from K’Temoc found it’s mark, and dropped one of Westmoreland’s men, followed soon by a second...a shot to the face from the Admiral’s rifle.

While the firefight raged, K’Wor felt something bump against him, then his hands and legs were suddenly free. Before he could speak, the big Jem Hadar First unshrouded and helped the young man to his feet, handing him a phaser before shrouding again.

K’Wor tried to quietly creep around the edge of the warehouse, but after a moment he was spotted. A middle-aged Human turned his rifle toward K’Wor, but before he could fire, Ramata’tar unshouded again and shot him in the chest. However, another of Westmoreland’s men saw Ramata’tar and fired, hitting him in the shoulder and dropping him to the deck. K’Wor returned fire, his phaser beam reached out and hit the man in the abdomen, slamming him back against a rack of photon torpedoes, then down to the deck.

“The remaining shooter is pulling back!” K’Temoc announced as Mike rushed to his son. "The inhibitors are offline, looks like Hurd has the Control Center." K'Temoc added as he checked his tricorder.

Saith watched her computer terminal change, "Inhibitors are down," she reported to the Pegasus bridge. "Life signs are moving." She tracked the signals for a moment. "They appear to be breaking into smaller groups. Probably a pre-planned maneuver." She again glanced at the center chair waiting to be told what to do. It took a lot to not roll her eyes; at least she liked Harrison, or more to the point Pike and Maal. They were a package deal.

“We need to get him to Sick Bay, K’Wor said as he looked at Ramata’tar laying on the deck, holding his shoulder. Mike didn’t say anything, he just hugged his son.

“K’Temoc tapped his comm-badge, “K’Temoc to Pegasus, two to beam to Sick Bay.”

K’Wor looked at his Uncle, then Father, “I want to help you catch those bastards.”

“I want you safe, and Doctor Brislan to check you over.” Mike replied.

K’Wor nodded, then added, “Dad, is it true...about Marc and Emma?”

Mike nodded, “But Christopher and your Step-Mom are both safe.”

“Westmoreland claims he didn’t want them to die, said he never gave the order. One of his men pulled the trigger...he looks familiar but I can’t place where I've seen him before.” K'Wor added.

“We’ll take care of it.” Mike smiled at his son as he shimmered away to safety along with Ramata’tar.

Tressa was with Christopher in Sickbay when she heard the message from the Bridge. She tapped her commbadge, "Sickbay standing by."

The dark-eyed boy was watching her as she removed the last of his epidermal wraps. She smiled, and stepped aside as his mother entered the room.

"You're looking good as new, my friend," she said, then left mother and child together and headed towards triage.

K'Wor, Ramata'tar, and several wounded Marines from Hurd's team materialized in Sick Bay to be treated.

Mike, K’Temoc, and the remaining Marine had been scanning the area, but couldn’t find any sign of Westmoreland. Mike tapped his comm-badge, “Bremer to Pegasus, begin transport of everything in these warehouses.”

Alex looked over at Pike and shrugged. She thought to herself, "Just like that." Since she wasn't down there to assess the situation and Bremer was, she did as she was told, "Aye sir. Captain Harrison to Transporter room one, begin beaming up all contents of the warehouses." She sat back and waited for her next orders.

Lennox's Team had swept though the two warehouses adjacent to Landing Pad Two. So far, it had been uneventful, they hadn't seen anyone. As they made their way back to Pad Two, they heard weapons fire.

"Let's move squad, double time it!" Lennox ordered.

The squad arrived to find only one of the Marines they had left to secure the area alive. She was in a firefight with at least six people, with another dozen closing in.

"Captain, they surprised us, eight beamed in. We eliminated two before Goldman was hit." The Lieutenant reported.

"Private, Corporal, suppressive fire. Sergeant, take two men, circle around to the left. I'll take two and go right. Once their support arrives, we'll move in and set up a crossfire."

Several moments later, the trap was sprung. Stuck in the middle of a crossfire, the remaining ten laid down their weapons and surrendered. Captain Lennox and Private T'ork stepped out from cover and tapped his comm-badge, "Lennox to Pegasus, we have ten prisoners to beam to the Brig. We also have wounded, stand by to transport them to Sick-Bay."

Mike looked around as the contents of the room started to be beamed up, “That was too easy...too damned easy.”

He turned to K’Temoc who looked concerned, “Mike, I’ve lost contact with Roebuck. His tricorder link was interrupted a few moments ago.”

“Westmoreland...let’s go!” The three took off running back to the Landing Pad.

After a few minutes, they neared the door, rifles raised, sweeping the room.

“There’s a damping field in here now, tricorders are useless.” K’Temoc reported as he put his tricorder back in its pouch.

“Sir, over here.” The Marine called.

Mike walked over to find both Roebuck and the other Marine on the ground, both had been shot.

“Mills is dead, but Roebuck is alive, barely.” Mike said as he looked over the men. They couldn’t beam them out while the damping field was in operation. “Stay here.”

Mike walked over to the Starlighter and tapped the access panel beside the door. It slowly opened as climbed inside. He looked around. The vessel was powered up, there was no damping field inside the ship, and Mike took a seat in the pilot’s chair. He looked over the controls. It’s systems were still operating on LCARS 2.1 from fourteen years ago. It had been a long time since her systems and programming had been updated obviously. After a few moments, he found sensor logs of the attack on the Cherokee, as well as recordings of the communications between Westmoreland’s men and the Starlighter. He quickly downloaded the information to his tricorder. He continued to look around and found the panel where the damping field had been initiated from, and shut it down.

Mike tapped his comm-badge, “Bremer to K’Temoc.” There was no reply.

Mike stood up to see what was going on, but as he rose to his feet and turned around he came face to face with the man he hated the most...

“Put down your phaser Mike.” Westmoreland said. He stood in the doorway of the Starlighter, holding an older Type-IId phaser, pointing it at Mike.

Bremer set his rifle down slowly. Then looked out behind Westmoreland. K’Temoc was surrounded by three men. He was standing over Roebuck’s unconscious body, however Marine Sergeant Bogrov laid dead on the ground beside Mills.

"The bat'leth too." Westmoreland said. Mike slid the strap off his shoulder, glanced at the blade, then tossed it out the door and to the ground.

“I knew you’d chase me, you never could resist the chase. Is that the Klingon in you or the Security Training?” Westmoreland asked, mockingly.

“Why...why did you attack murder my family and friends?!” Mike took a step closer.

“Ah, stand fast.” He wiggled his phaser, almost taunting Mike. “Like I told K’Wor, I didn’t intend on killing those kids.”

“Just like I never intended on killing Sara, or your child Jon, but she was aboard the Universal and that ship had to be stopped.” Mike replied.

“The Universal was only attacking Cardassian Military targets!”

“The war was over!" Mike yelled in reply. "After destroying the Cardassian shipyard in orbit, they bombarded this planet and killed millions of innocent civilians, men, women, AND children! They had to be stopped, and Fleet Admiral Casey left me with little choice.” Mike relaxed his body for a moment, “You’re not the only one to loose someone that day. Remember Becky, K’Wor and Becca’s mother? She was killed aboard the Pegasus-A, saving my life. It was a dark day for everyone.”

Westmoreland lowered the phaser a little as he looked away a moment.

Mike stared down Westmoreland, taking a step closer, “You did all of this, just to take revenge against me, because your new wife was aboard a ship that was attempting to finish off the Dominion’s genocide of the Cardassians. You attacked Harry Kim and Paul MacLeod, killed David Slater, then you attacked a helpless runabout, beamed aboard, killed my two twelve
year old twins, and kidnapped my seventeen year old son.” He took another step closer, “I bet Sara is really proud of you!”

Westmoreland looked away for a moment, then turned back to Mike, “And you also killed my twin brother on Starbase 400, just last month!”

As he raised the phaser again, Mike pounced. He tackled Westmoreland. The impact sent both men flying out of Starlighter and down to the ground. Two of Westmoreland’s men turned to face the brawling men.

K’Temoc paused a moment, then also struck. He delivered a round-house kick to the man still watching him, knocking his weapons out of his hand. As the man stumbled, K’Temoc reached down and picked up his dropped phaser and fired, stunning him.

Meanwhile, Bremer had picked up Westmoreland and slammed him back against the side of the Starlighter, holding him by the neck, “You murdered my children!!” Mike lost control, throwing Westmoreland back to the ground. As Mike stood back up, one of the remaining two men took aim with his weapon, but before
he could fire, he was stunned by a blast from K’Temoc’s phaser.

While K'Temoc took aim at the other man, his phaser was hit by a shot from the last man’s phaser. K’Temoc dropped the now useless weapon, but before the man could fire again he was grabbed and tossed to the ground by Bremer. He looked down at the man, and just like K’Wor said, Mike recognized him...

“Tabor?” Mike looked down at another former member of his crew. The insubordinate Marine fighter pilot that left the Pegasus soon after joining the crew. Mike had heard he’d left Starfleet soon there after, but nothing more. Now, here he was...

“K’Wor said, someone he recognized, bragged about pressing the trigger of the phaser that killed my children!” Mike leaned down picked Tabor up to his feet, Mike’s face shown pure hate. “Why Joe?”

Tabor didn’t answer. He glanced over Westmoreland who was trying to pull himself up to his feet, then he looked back to Mike. A second later, Westmoreland drew a Klingon d’k tagh from his belt, the one Mike had given him as a promotion gift when he was promoted to Lieutenant Commander fourteen years before. In a quick move, he jabbed the Klingon dagger deep into K’Temoc’s leg.

K’Temoc let out a yell as he fell to the ground. Bremer shoved Tabor back against the side of the Starlighter as he rushed to his brother’s aid. At the same time, Westmoreland thrust the d’k tagh into K’Temoc’s midsection.

Mike tackled Westmoreland again, knocking the d’k tagh away. He picked Westmoreland up again, and slammed him against the side of his ship. “Bastard, I’m going to kill you!” Mike's Klingon temper overloaded. He slammed Westmoreland’s head against the Starlighter three more times before punching him in the face, followed by a head-butt. Mike then picked up the bat'leth. He spun the weapon before slashing with it. The blade cut deep into Westmoreland's chest as blood started to flow.

Westmoreland dropped to his knees. Bremer lifted him up again and continued to take out his anger on his former friend. “They were only twelve years old, innocent kids!” Mike bashed Westmoreland in the jaw with the blunt side of the weapon, before turning the blade at him again, slashing at this stomach, cutting another deep wound. Westmoreland tried to speak, but Mike didn’t give him the chance. He dropped the bat'leth
before punching Jon again. Westmoreland stumbled back, dropping to a knee before Bremer picked him back up again. He turned Jon around again to face him. “This is much more merciful that you deserve.” He looked into Westmoreland’s eyes before grabbing him by the front and back of the head.
Bremer let out a primal, Klingon yell, and with a quick twist he snapped Westmoreland’s neck.

Mike took a step back as he watched the life drain away from Jon Westmoreland's eyes as he dropped to his knees with a
thud. His limp body then fell backwards to the ground.

“QI'yaH petaQ!” Mike said with a growl.

Bremer looked down at Westmoreland for a moment before turning back and rushing over to his brother. K’Temoc was holding his midsection, bleeding profusely as he moaned in pain. As Mike went to tap his comm-badge, he heard the thrusters of the Starlighter power up and the small craft start lifting off. He knew Tabor was aboard.

“Bremer to Pegasus, Medical Emergency. Beam K’Temoc and Roebuck directly to Sick Bay! Transport me to the Bridge, and get the Marines aboard too!” Mike stood up, picking up the bat'leth, and Westmoreland's d'k tagh just before the transporter beam grabbed him.

Moments later, Bremer materialized on the Bridge. He was dirty, bloody, and still full of hate. The Starlighter was on the screen, racing out of orbit and toward the Pegasus. It fired two photon torpedoes back to the Landing Pad it had just lifted off from, then two more at the Pegasus.

As the ship shook, Mike said back to Harrison, “Alex, target the Starlighter with phasers and a spread of quantum torpedoes. baH!”

"With pleasure." She wasted no time doing as she was asked. She had a determined smile on her face as her fingers did the work so effortlessly, without a moment of hesitation. "For Marc and Emma...and for everyone else you coldly hurt or murdered." She fired the phasers and sent the torpedoes on their way.

A moment later, the Pegasus’s forward phaser arrays lit up and beams of orange phased energy reached out and raked the Starlighter, followed quickly by four bright blue quantum torpedoes. Each one impacted the small ship. It shook and seemed to slow down before exploding into a million burning pieces...

"bIHnuch." Mike watched the ball of flame die out in the vacuum of space before finally turning around and taking a deep breath. “Maintain orbit, I’ll be in Sick Bay.” He wanted to check on his brother and son, as well as let Janice know, it was over...
