Mission: Episode 120 - Guardian at the Gate
Location: USS Falcon - Bridge
Timeline: Current

Aboard the USS Falcon, things seemed a little chaotic. "What do you have on sensors, Mr. Reynolds?" Leia asked as she looked over to the tactical station from the command chair. She was currently on duty. The Captain was down below, completing her daily tasks.

"A lot of commercial traffic altering courses. A few near misses collusions already." Dustin said, as he saw the reports come in. The civilian traffic was trying to stay far away from the Borg ship. No one wanted to be assimilated.

"Any of them heading to Starbase 400 our in our flight path?" Sam asked, as he looked over to his good friend Dustin.

"So far we are clear, we are no where near the Borg ship." Dustin pointed out, as he continued to monitor sensors. "Do we report this to the Captain?"

"I will, when she comes up the bridge. So far, things seemed to be under control." Leia suggested, as she moved her attention now up to the helm.

"Double confirm our flight path, and lets make sure Starfleet Command has an updated plan, just incase any of those ships potentially cross our path." Leia said. There flight plan was logged, it was a classic patrol.

So far it had been three days, since leaving Starbase 400. And it has been less than 24 hours since the fleet at Starbase 400 arrived at the Borg ship. Leia wondered what was happening there?

"I am surprised we have not heard anything from the fleet." Sam suggested to the bridge crew.

"Why did you jinx us, Sam?" Dustin asked, expecting any second for bad news to come in.

"GREAT." Dustin said a little annoyed, as communication burst came in from from the Fleet. The fleet has taken some minor damage, well mostly. The Saratoga is dead in space, crippled beyond repair. " Dustin called out, wondering how Ezekiel was doing.

"Are you serious, or you messing with me Dustin?" Sam called out, now feeling a little guilty. He had a feeling he was not teasing, and if it was true. He was worried for his friend and his former commanding officer.

"I'm serious Sam, the Saratoga crew was rescued by the fleet, the report says they were working with the Borg ship. This communication burst, is strange. Going to clean it up and see if I can get all of it. Seems like I am only getting pieces of it."

"I will asisst you Lieutenant." Suki called out from the operations station. She started to bring up the specs for the communications array. It was operating at peak efficiency.

"Good idea, Mr. Reynolds. Please Miss Solwick, assist Mr Reynolds. We need more answers." Leia said, loving the fact that Dustin and Suki were both taking some initiative.

"Helm continue our patrol." Leia said, as she looked over to Sam. The Dhej symbiont was also a little concerned. the symbiont knew how close Sarah and Ezekiel were to each other.

"Aye Commander." Sam said, he was hoping that Dustin could clear up more of the communication burst.

"Captain Rodgers to the bridge." Leia called out, as the scene fades away. She needed to inform her Captain, what happened to Colonel Bagwell's ship. She hoped Sarah would take it well.
