Mission: Mission 84 - Blockade
Location: Holosuite 4 - SB400

=Holosuite Four=
=Starbase 400=

Marcus walked into the Holosuite wearing fatigue pants, a pair of boots and a vest top.

"Computer, run programme Shark two, alpha"

The computer beeped twice then a holographic world appeared around him. It was an exact replica of a training room back on Qo'noS. Just like the ones found dotted around the Pir'up Pa family compound.

Banners hung on the walls and the familiar smell of home flooded into Marcus's nostrils. He was still stood beneath the arch and programmed in a few extras. Around the room about a dozen Klingon warriors appeared all armed with shiny sharp weapons.

"Computer, disengage safety protocols" Marcus ordered as he walked away from the arch to the middle of the room. The arch vanished and Marcus began his training, as he beat one opponent two more attacked.

His Bat'leth was a blur of silver motion as he performed a delicate ballet of combat movements to defend himself whilst counter-attacking his opponents.

Jewel and David walked into the holodeck quietly and stood without disturbing Marcus and waited until he was done. She had a feeling what this was all about.

Marcus took out the last warrior with a animalistic growling noise, sweat was pouring down his skin and his muscles burned with adrenaline and exhaustion. A few minor cuts had appeared on his body where the tip of the Bat'leth had caught him as the enemy attacked.

He stood up in the middle of the room, breathing heavily with an exhausted look on his face.

"Computer.... reset program" he said, as the Klingons vanished and re-appeared in a fighting stance around the edge of the arena.

Marcus caught site of David and Jewel stood at the back almost hidden in the shadows, he ducked as a Bat'leth narrowly missed taking his head off and began his frantic fight for survival once more.

She just watched him and could tell he was irritated...not that wasn't the word pissed. But she had her reasons and was trying to make things right, she loved David and wanted to be with him for the rest of her life.

Marcus paced up and down the centre of the arena, blood dripping down his arm and his back. He was snarling quietly like a cage animal waiting for the gate to open so he could get at his prey.

"B'Jul.... HIghoS" he shouted bellowed the words.

She took a deep breathe told David to stay put and not to do anything. She walked up to where Marcus was but dared not to get to close. She looked down. "I am here," she said in Klingon.

"we are Klingon" He growled at her, throwing a Bat'leth to her feet. He turned and walked away standing on the steps at the far side of the arena he turned again to face jewels.

"Computer, engage safety, single opponent level 6" he said in Terran

He watched as the bodies once again vanished and a single Klingon warrior appeared armed waiting for battle.

She picked up the Bat'leth up and circled around, Jewel swung her bat'leth as the other Klingon blocked the attack and then swung which Jewel blocked. This kept going on for a few times.

Then she looked at the other Klingon and found an opportunity to strike she swung again and this time connected with the other Klingon's leg slicing it open. The Klingon swung and Jewel managed to block that attack. Her heart was racing.

Marcus looked on, Jewel had scored one hit. She only needed two more to call it a victory. He watched as she seemed distracted and didnt notice the counter attack coming at the back of her leg.

The Klingon warrior laughed, it was now an even 1 all.

Jewel growled at the Klingon and swung and connected with him once again as he swung. Slicing his arm this time as she ducked his counter attack. She had scored a second hit point.

This seem to have pissed off the other Klingon and took a swing which she quickly blocked. She takes another swing but he blocks her attack. Sweat begins to forum on her face. He takes another swing but before she could counter he connects with her arm. Which now they are even two at this point.

She growled and took a swing which he at first blocks, she could see an opportunity to win and she took she takes a swing he was slow to respond and Jewel slices his throat. The warrior falls to the ground and then disappears. She turned and looked at Marcus.

Marcus stepped down into the Arena and walked to stand in front of Jewels. Not once did he break eye contact with her. Once he was in front of her he took the Bat'leth from her hands. He then walked around her and towards the door. The weapon vanished and just before he got to the door Marcus turned around, looked at David then back to Jewel.

"You have the family's permission" he said to Jewel, then he turned and left the holodeck.

She couldn't help but smile and nodded to David as they to left but she was unharmed as the safeties were on. She walked with David back to there quarters she needed some rest the last few days have been stressful for her and she needed some sleep.
