Thinking of Board Games

Mission: Episode 110 - An Endeavor in Discovery
Location: Corridors
Timeline: MD02 1115 hrs

Ezekiel had completed all of his reports, he was eager to see his lovely wife to be. First though, he had a meeting with Admiral Bremner. He hoped, they had a new assignment for them. He was also looking forward to this time, to ask him a question.

the USS Falcon, was ready to depart. She was in pristine condition. The crew was ready as well. Ezekiel knew he was ready as well. The Falcon, had become a home to him and to his crew.

The time they spent on the Falcon, made them all grow together. Like a family. Especially after they lost Starbase 400. He was happy they were able to retake the station, but deep down, the Falcon, was his home.

He could see why Starship Captain's fall in love with their commands. He loved the Falcon, as much as he loved Anna. He hoped that she would not feel envious of his affections for the Falcon.

The Falcon meant a lot to him, and to his crew. They had seen some rough times together. And he knew, they would see more rough times. Before it was all over. The station was located in a pretty hostile part of space.

There was always something going on with their neighbors. For the most part, they had managed to keep out of the small petty bickering. However the bigger things, that was not so easy.

Ezekiel knew there would be more missions for the Falcon, even if it was patrolling the system. A simple patrol mission could be fun. it would allow the crew some time, to prepare for his upcoming marriage to Anna.

The crew seemed very happy for the upcoming marriage. Which made him smile. He was glad to see they were accepting him and Anna as a couple. He was not sure if the crew would support him marrying the doctor, and much to his relief. They were fully supporting him.

It meant a lot to him, that the crew was backing him. He wondered, how he could show his gratitude for them accepting her. He wondered how Anna felt about all of this. The crew accepting her, accepting their marriage and everyone becoming close. Ezekiel wanted to ask, but Anna was busy at the moment.

for the moment, he needed to focus on getting prepared for his meeting with Admiral Bremner. And find out what type of mission they were going on. He assumed they would be going on a mission. Typically when the admiral calls, its because they have a mission.

Ezekiel was thinking it was going to be a patrol mission. There was nothing wrong with them. They allowed the crew time to bond together. There was several board games the crew could play in the main mess hall on the Falcon.

Ezekiel liked the idea of playing a couple of games. He really liked the board game called sorry. He liked it, when he got to bump another player, then call out sorry. The scene starts to fade away, with Ezekiel thinking about board games on the Falcon.
