Mission:
Mission 78 - Colonial Uprising
Location: Science Lab 1
Timeline: Current
On:
Commander Coleman was in Science Lab 1, working on some expierements, waiting for any news on how the mission was going. The mission had just started, so he wasn't quite needed on in ops at the moment. So, he thought he could catch up on some expierements. He was working on one expierement for months and today, it had come to fruition. He was working on trying to help out with the Andorian re-production problem. Coleman's main scientific speciality was Biology, specifically Andorian and Trill Biology and the Federation Science Council had asked him to run a few expierements in his free moments and send back the results.
Once he got the results from the test, he got back up out of his chair and headed to the comm station in the rear of the lab and started to get the message ready when he got some news. The news was that the Andorians had requested that the Federation not help with their re-production issues at the moment, since the Federation had held back crucial information that could have helped figure out the problems earlier. So, Jonathan sent the information anyways, because he knew that it could help one day.
After he sent the information, he turned the comm channel off and then turned around to see Ariel, one of his many science officers aboard the station. Coleman smiled and said, "What are you doing down here Ariel?"
Ariel looked back to him and said, "I have some stuff I needed to finish before the mission got underway. How was the Andorian resequencing go? Good I hope."
Coleman went into a thought for a moment before saying, "It went as well as it could, but the Andorian problem is something that might take longer than the Andorians have, unfortunately. I just hope that I am proven wrong for once."
Ariel said, "Hey, you're doing your best and I think it'd be an honor to be asked to help with something this big. So, don't fret it too much sir. Well, I better get to my expierments before they go bad." With that, she smiled and went back to work and then, Coleman went back to ops, saying goodbye to Ariel and then, got some more paperwork done up there before the mission really got underway.
Off: Just thought I'd post a little something since I haven't in awhile. If anyone wants to JP, just inbox me.
