Spec ops training & Reflection

Posted on Fri Jan 27th, 2012 @ 7:50pm by Lieutenant Commander Robert Smith

244 words; about a 1 minute read

Mission: Mission 78 - Colonial Uprising
Location: USS Yorktown - Holodeck
Timeline: Present

ON:

Robert Smith was working on his aim. As an ex-special operations soldier, it's been a while since he had time to practice.

Firing at simulated targets and decoding locks; he had to know it. Engineering had it's major uses, just in case things got too hot or needed some hot wiring.

Robert hasn't been briefed on their mission yet, but was eager to know what was going down. Still, being sent tour after tour was getting exhausting, and to top it off, still have not met face to face with his new Assistant Engineer, not a good example to set as a section head.

After the training was over Robert checked the time, still had some time to kill before the staff is briefed on their assignment.

After putting on his uniform, he went to his terminal.
"Computer, bring up engineering manifest. Search for a Lieutenant Trisha Lee and display personnel file." He said as the computer executed his command

He read through the file, lots of good things stood out, but there were a few black marks, such as her dislike for away missions, and this run in with a corrupted admiral.

These would be things to clear out when they first see each other, whenever that is.

*All Senior staff report to the conference room for mission briefing, all senior staff report to the conference room*

Robert adjusted his uniform and ushered towards the conference room
