Splendora stood in the little ship's dining area. She looked out at the stars. The ship was close now. It would only be another hour. True to his word Hexx had gotten her a ship that had all she wanted and was brand new. The catch? Going to pick it up. Vox was making a run so Dora hitched a ride with Hexx and Nivar only to find that Tom and Vito and Mr. Wayne were heading that way too. It was a bit but for the most part it might be interesting.

Tom wasn't expecting to see Splendore, but he was happy nevertheless. Vito eyed Hexx for a moment.

"What are you doing aboard?" Tom asked Splendora.

Hexx sat back and just rolled his eyes at Vito. He had a promise to keep. It was just one of the reasons he wanted to go to Free Cloud.

Splendora looked up. "Hexx, Nivar, and I are trying to pick up our ship." She walked over to Tom and gave him a quick kiss. "How about you guys?"

"We're picking up a ship." Vito said with a smirk.

"A guy I know though some business dealings got us a line on a small vessel, quick, decent cargo space, and doesn't need a big crew. We're meeting him and the seller there." Tom added.

Splendora smiled. "I've never been to Free Cloud." She looked at Tom, Vito, and Hexx. "How about any of you?"

"It's not for the faint of heart." Hexx said with a smirk.

Tom shook his head. "I've been there once. It does have some unsavory places the general population shouldn't go."

"That's a very nice way of saying the place has a very strong criminal underground. The Rangers do their best, but with this war they are stretched thin trying to keep their territory out of the fighting." Vito added.

Splendora thought a moment. "Doesn't Earth have something like that? Lost Vegans?"

Vito rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"Vegas honey, Las Vegas. And yes, it had that reputation in the 20th century, still has a few small timers that go there for the nostalgia, but Federation law keeps a lid on most of it. Free Cloud is different, since it's outside the Federation. The Fenris Rangers try, but right now with the war it's all they can do to keep the small protectorate out of the fighting." Tom explained.

"Ohh. Las Vegas. Got it." She thought a moment. "Didn't Las...Vagas," she said carefully. "Have wedding chapels...Oh! Why don't we get married if hey have them here. We've been engaged enough."

Tom smirked. "They don't have anything like that on Free Cloud." Tom's expression went blank for a moment. He glanced at Vito who shook his head unnoticed by anyone else.

"After all this is over, let's just get married in Vegas itself." Tom said as a smile crossed his lips again.

Splendora sighed, "Alright then." She stood up. "I should to see Vox. Hexx wanna tag along?"

"Yes, anything to get away from all the mushy talk." Hexx replied as he rolled his eyes.

Cameron was watching the stars from his small table while absently shuffling a deck of playing card. Ariana would never approve and likely never understand but cards was something of a hobby for him admittedly a hobby he was damn good at and if he was honest with himself he was on this trip to make some money as well as kill the boredom that was setting in with not having a ship or a shop

"I would not exactly recommend vegas for a wedding. A honeymoon sure but not a wedding." Said Cameron as he looked up from his cards. "Last time I checked there were none of the nice chaples left it was all holograms and the like. Now if you want a quick wedding but one you will remember I would suggest the forge in edenbourgh scottland." he added calmly he had after all given the matter considerable thought considering his own relationship.

Meanwhile on the bridge, Vox was at the helm piloting his ship. Before they left, he had installed some minor updates to the ship's software and hardware and so, was keeping a watchful eye on on things. That being said, some company wouldn't go a miss.

Nivar entered the bridge area carrying some tea. "Hello Mr.Vox."

Vox turned around in his chair at the helm. "Hi. Welcome to the bridge," he replied.

Hexx looked around when he arrived on the Bridge with Splendora. He walked over to the person he though was the ship's owner.

"Mister..Box? How long until we get to Free Cloud?" Hexx asked.

Vox laughed at being called Mr Box. "Its Vox and we should arrive in the next hour." He replied.

Splendora smiled. She was glad Nivar and Hexx had been getting along. She waked over to Vox. "You must be tired do you want me to take over a bit while you rest?"

"Hi, Splendora. I am ok for now. We will arrive in an hour so no worries. " Vox replied.

Hexx nodded, he could handle this rag-tag group of morons for another hour. He walked back to the aft compartment and ordered an Old-Fashioned from the food slot. He took seat then a sip of the cocktail. He wasn't happy to be going back into the territory of the Rangers. Secretly, he hoped they would be too busy making sure the war didn't cross into their territory.

Elsewhere, Tom and Vito were looking over a civilian PADD.

"You trust the seller?" Vito asked.

"Never met him, but I trust the contact. We did a little business before." Tom replied.
