Location: Pike's Quarters
Timeline: MD2, 0050 hrs

ON:

Alex hurried back to her quarters. She knew that Deela was going on this mission as well so she offered Paul's help.

Alex ran into her quarters, "Oh Paul. Good, You're still up. I need a favor. I kind of offered your help with Deela's kids. We have to leave soon so if you could go there now, Deela would appreciate it."

Paul didn't mind. It was like having a younger brother and sister and he enjoyed being with them, well, with Brandon but Raivyn was part of the package. He also knew that he could always get one of the girls on the ship to help with Raivyn. He found himself to be popular among the girls when he had Raivyn with him.

Paul nodded to his mother, "No problem. It's an emergency and besides, what else is there for me to do? Let me grab some stuff and leave right now."

Alex smiled, "Thank you Paul. You're the best."

He smiled back, "I know." They both chuckled. She gave him a hug and watched him leave. Then she did the same, making her way to the Pegasus. Once on the bridge, she saw Bremer there, "Admiral Bremer, reporting for duty, sir."

Alex took her seat at Tactical. Looking around, she saw that she had beaten Lee there.
