Arriving at the border

K`Wor was back at Tactical on the Bridge after taking a few hours off for some food and rest. Commander Winter wanted his Senior Staff fresh when they arrived at the Tholian border.

K`Wor monitored the passive sensors closely. Active sensors weren't in use while the ship was cloaked.

"Commander, I have two Tholian Destroyers on sensors. They are moving slow along the border, warp 2. Looks to be a patrol route. No aspect change, they haven't spotted us". K`Wor reported.

K`Wor continued to monitor the Tholian ships as the Saratoga dropped out of warp near the border and moved toward it's first drop off location for the tachyon sensor net. He wondered why they were still cloaked. They were in Federation space, and every time one of the new arrays was deployed it would be `seen` by the Tholians so they would know a ship was there. Perhaps this was a way to see if the Tholians could track a closed vessel? He knew that part of the mission was to verify intel that the Romulans had provided cloaking technology to the Tholians, but without active sensors it was impossible to hunt for them...

K`Wor waited for Commander Winter's orders....
