Mission: Mission 79 - Triangle
Location: Sickbay

The chaos had slowed down in the starbase Sickbay. Tressa was were the biobeds were. Rachael peeped her head out of her office. Dr. Would you mind coming to my office?

Tressa finished washing her hands. It had been a trying day, but things were settling down in Sickbay if at least for a moment.

"Of course," she said, walking into the CMO's office.

"Have you had any time to write up a report about what had happened?"

"I just got out of surgery, I'll do the report after rounds," Tressa said. She had a sudden urge for a mug of hot chocolate.

"I want it on my desk tonight."

Tressa stopped mid-yawn, surprised by her acid tone.

"What's going on?" she asked gently. "Are you ok?"

"I'm fine. I just need it tonight."

"I will do the report after rounds. Admiral Bremer was just briefed at 1400," Tressa said. "Security wants to talk with my first patient but I haven't cleared him yet, his liver and a kidney were punctured by debris and I want to make sure that infection hasn't set in and test for liver functionality."

"And his prognosis?"

"He looked good post surgery. The organs were repaired, there was some tissue damage at the wound sites but that's to be expected," Tressa replied. "The kidney was immediately functional, the liver procedure was more complicated due to the tearing of the hepatic artery proper. I want to run a scan to see that the blood flow is still good."

"Okay Thank You," said Rachael.

Tressa nodded to Rachael as she left the office.
