Location: Starbase 400
Timeline: MD3, 0445hrs

It had seemed like months but had only been two days since Mike met with Commander Stark and found out that now, they had the ability to travel to the Mirror Universe at will. Now, Mike was sitting in his office as Draven and Stark entered...
"Computer, seal the doors and stop all recording and sensor scans in this room, authorization Bremer-4-7-Bravo-Delta."
The computer beeped its reply.
"They're coming." Draven said coldly, with a hint of concern.
"Another incursion for information or?" Mike asked.
"I wasn't there long, but they're planning on picking up where the Changelings left off. Individuals infiltrating strategic Starfleet facilities and Starships to gather information and technology before sabotaging to prevent us from discovering what happened." Draven replied.
"Then we need to pay them a house call, finding a way to prevent them from coming over." Mike replied.
"I think I can modify the device to allow for a group, five to ten people to transport to the Mirror Universe." Stark replied.
"I can help with that." Draven smirked as he held up a PADD. "They were already working on that problem, but hadn't figured it out."
"Yeah, that'll help. No need to make the same mistakes." Stark replied with a smirk and he started looking over the information.
"Let's plan on a team of eight. Myself, you..." Mike started.
"You'll need to T'Lar on this one. I don't know who she is, but there's an Admiral aboard their version of Starbase 400 that looks exactly like a T'Lar as a human." Draven explained.
Mike nodded. "Okay...you, T'Lar, me, Vox, Coleman, Bagwell, Dr. Bagwell, and Kyle. This will give us Intel, Engineering, Science, and Medial expects as well as Marine support."
"You umm, think it's okay to send a husband and wife together on this?" Draven asked.
"They'll do their duty." Mike replied, however he thought back to his personal experiences and started second-guessing himself. "I'll also have people standing by here to assist if we come back in a hurry or they pay us a visit."
Before more plans could be discussed there was a knock at the door.
"Computer, resume standard security operations in this room and release the door lock." Mike said.
The computer beeped and the door opened to reveal an Ensign nervously looking in. "Uh, Admiral Sir, you're needed in Ops."
"On my way." Mike replied as the three men stepped out.
"Report." Mike called once in Ops.
"Sir, we've picked up some kind of distortion about fifty kilometers from the Station. It's stationary but we can't identify it." Commander Dooley, the Delta Shift duty officer reported.
"What ships are orbiting the Station right now?" Mike asked.
"Laffey, Thresher, Pegasus, and Swiftsure. Other outbound ships are further out in the system or on sector patrol." Commander Dooley replied.
"Admiral, that distortion wave, it's a similar frequency and modulation to the interdimensional transporter." Stark added as he looked over sensor readings.
"Pegasus powered up?" Mike asked.
"Yes sir. The yard team just..." Dooley was cut off.
"Red alert. Beam me right to her bridge and have every available vessel standing by." Mike ordered.
A few minutes later Mike stood on the bridge of his flagship.
"Admiral?" The surprised Lieutenant Commander on the bridge asked.
"Red alert. Ensign, take us to within five kilometers of that distortion, bearing 047 mark 215." Mike ordered as he took a seat in the Captain's chair.
As the Pegasus turned, the red alert klaxon sounded. A Commander entered the bridge, saw Bremer, and took a seat in the XO's chair while a Lieutenant stepped onto the bridge and took the Tactical position.
"Have all weapons ready, and divert aux power to the forward shields." Mike ordered.
"Sir, what's going on?" Commander Nickols asked.
"I'm not sure yet." Mike replied as he eyed the view screen.
As the Pegasus eased into position, the Communications officer rattled off a list of Starbase 400 support ships entering the system or departing the Station to back up the Pegasus. Finally, a burst of bright light flashed from the distortion and a ship started to come through. At first, it looked like an Odyssey class vessel, but then Mike could see the nacelles were slightly different and the ship sported a weapons pod behind the saucer as well as phaser cannon on the underside of the saucer like the Galaxy Refit class had.
"What the hell." Mike asked to no one in particular.
"NCC-1702-C, ISS Pegasus." Commander Nickols read office the other ship's saucer.
"Admiral, that ship out guns us. It had four additional phaser arrays, six additional torpedo launchers all in the pod, as well the phaser cannon." The tactical officer reported. "And they've locked onto our forward weapons, port nacelle, and bridge."
"We're being hailed." The communications officer spoke up.
"On screen." Mike said as he stood.
"Well now, isn't this a surprise? I wanted to pay you all a house call, show you my new ship, and here you are to greet me." Mike's Mirror Universe duplicate said with a sarcastic smile. "Oh yes, we can send ships over now too when we want. You see, we discovered your Intel officer in our universe just before he beamed back here."
While his duplicate rambled on, Mike was going though his head, questioning how they were able to build that ship so fast, or, even worse, were Mirror Universe agents implanted aboard Starbase 400 or other Federation facilities and ships for longer than realized.
"...and all the time you had me locked up, I learned and gathered intel. You know why they didn't try to get me sooner and take me home? Because I was gathering data. And when you're arrogant Section 31 recruited me years ago to implicate you in the murder of a Cardassian crew, it gave me the chance I needed to send everything back to the Emperor. Now, he sees me as a warlord, a god, and as such I'm here to smite you!"
"You talk too much." Mike replied.
"Full scans of that ship are completed." Commander Nickols reported.
"Admiral, our ships are in position." The tactical officer reported.
"Go home." Mike said, coldly.
"Admiral, we are surrounded by fifteen starships with more on the way." Someone reported to Mike's Mirror Universe Duplicate.
The comm channel closed as the Mirror Universe Pegasus-C slowly reversed course and returned to the distortion before it faded away.
"Stand down from red alert." Mike said as he took his seat.
