Edg'rrr awoke snapping to his senses. He checked the pad he was looking at for the time. Much longer than he anticipated. Luckily, he thought, the internal sensors didn't pick him up. He checked the schematics of the ship for any further info. Apparently the ship was one scheduled for decommissioning at some depot before being commandeered by the Terrans. Evy'lnn strangely didn't keep logs or make inquiries into anything. Which leaves her and the Empire's motives unclear.

Regardless the prefix was changed so that gave some clue to at least them wanting a Federation ship. Edg'rrr knew of the Curiosity class vessels from awhile ago. They weren't built in large numbers but if her mission was to bring back some amount of technology back to her universe then this ship would be a gold mine. Edg'rrr scratched his head. "How would you get back though?". Said Edg'rrr softly to himself. "Need something like the janus vortex or an ion...storm.". He tapped through the data pad for a star chart. It was crude but based on at least a safe cruising speed he looked up regions prone to ion storm activity. One wasn't too far away from Starbase four hundred but if anyone was going to save him it would take quite awhile. He'd still be on his own.

He crawled his way down a tunnel making several twists and turns before stumbling upon a pile of bones in a tattered terran uniform. Edg'rrr noticed the tricorder in the lap. Turning it on he found several audio recordings but only picked a few. "Officer's log. The Marshall is organizing a strike force into the other universe. Something about gathering tech and finding any of our own on the other side. Pssh. If the idiots got themselves in THAT mess I think they're just content on finding their own way out. Regardless though. I got a request from the inquisitors. Yeah the real top level boot lickers of the emperor. They want me to get on Anisu's team and find out something...odd.". Said the man as Edg'rrr sat down away from the body. "See Anisu is an oddity. Everyone under her command is completely loyal. No lies. No one wanting to get her position. Nothing. They want to know how she does it."

Edg'rrr scrolled to another entry. "Got a sweet new ride today. This Federation's slipping. A ship like this could've helped in retaking Earth on its own and yet they just put it into some depot set for scrap. Team did well. More than well. We needed a few parts to get the engines going. A few dozen Starfleet was more than happy to assist us. We didn't have our uniforms prepared yet. Whatever. Anisu charm I guess. Heh. Maybe got her fields plowed to get 'em on our side. Creep."

Edg'rrr rolled through again. A certain entry caught his eye as it was marked by a little star. "Saw it again today. Crew ain't acting right. I was making a patrol through the corridors and passed by, Jim and Bob or something. They smiled and waved like idiots per usual but. I-I don't know. I turned a corner to move on but a nag said to go back a bit. Did that. Jim and Bob were there. Standing. Silently. Just standing. Not smiling. No emotion. Nothing. I-I...I gotta get off this boat. I gotta," Edg'rrr noticed a very odd sound. Like metal being twisted into running water. "Ooh aaaa nah nah. This ain't happening. This," the sound goes silent but Edg'rrr could still hear breathing. The breathing rapidly picked up before screams of horror mixed with a mush of metal and organic noises overwhelmed everything. Edg'rrr turned it off. The body of the officer had no signs he was ripped apart but whatever happened to the rest of him. Edg'rrr knew this is one mystery better left to the unknown.
