What To Do Now?

Mission: Episode 117 - "Returning to the Mirror"
Location: Pike's Quarters
Timeline: MD2 1015

Lee stood there stunned for a minute.

"As soon as you finish cleaning your room, lunch should be done." Alex walked out and looked around, "Where's Deela?"

Hearing his wife snapped him out of it "She just took off. I think that she went to check on her kids."

"Okay. So, what are we going to do about your mirror self?" She walked over to get lunch on the table as they talked.

Lee stood there thinking for a moment "Probably will have to re capture him."

Right before she could finish her thought, the base shook, just enough to make them both concerned. "What was that?" She ran into the kid's room to make sure they were okay. They were a little startled by it but it wasn't enough to scare them. She rushed the kids out of their room and joined Lee. "They're okay. You don't think it has something to do with..." Just then, the base shook once again but this time, it was powerful enough to toss them all about. She got up and helped the kids onto their feet. Both kids were crying hysterical and Alex tried to comfort them. She looked over at Lee, "My god Lee! Are you okay?" She was now very worried and wondered if they were under attack.

Lee stood up brushing himself off "Yeah I think that I am okay." He then went over to the comm panel "Pike to Ops, what the hell is going on?"

"Sir, there was an explosion. The USS Yorktown blew up, damaging all other ships as well. That's all I can tell you right now. Sorry sir. I wish I can tell you more."

Alex frowned, "My ship? Damaged?" She exhaled, "I guess it was a good thing your ship is docked at Earth's spacedock."

Lee looked over at Alex for a moment "Put the base of Yellow Alert." He closed the channel then opened another one "Pike to Maal, I want you and K'oyim to come to my quarters right away." He closed the channel after the response then turned towards his wife "You are not allowed to leave our quarters until the mirror Lee is captured."

"I agree. The kids need to be protected from him." She wasn't sure what to do except keep the door locked until it's safe, "I'm going to take the kids to their room while you meet with Maal and K'oyim." She added, Be careful when you pursue him."


Lee stood there waiting once the two Klingons arrived he informed them of what was going on and to protect Alex and the kids at all costs, he then grabbed a phaser before heading out.
