Ezekiel leaned in to give Anna a big hug. He had missed her, and the USS Falcon had just arrived back on Starbase 400. "I have missed you." Ezekiel called out, as he leaned in to kiss her.

“I have missed you so much.” Anna said as she kissed him back. She was so happy to see him, their time apart had been hard but it was something they would learn to deal with.

"It's not the same with you off the Falcon, but I am learning to adapt." Ezekiel said, he was telling the truth on how he felt. He still struggled to express his emotions.

“I do like the job.” Anna confessed. “The staff is excellent the only drawback is that we Aren’t together but it’s only when your off base.”

"So you missed me as well?" Ezekiel said, with a big grin on his face. That made him feel all tingly, and warm inside. Despite the fact he barely showed it.

“I did.” Anna said softly. “It is not the same without you around every day.” She smiled. “But work does help some.” She found it was the one time she was too busy to be lonely.

As he held her close, which was strange for him. He was not a big fan of PDA. He asked her. "How was work?" He asked, trying to make small talk.

“Busy.” Anna said with a laugh. “I delivered a baby earlier.” She hugged him tightly. “It was the greatest feeling, I can’t even explain it.

"A baby." Ezekiel said, wondering if they were ever going to have a baby. He really wanted one, but he was not good at communicating it.

“Yes.” Anna said with a smile. “And I don’t know why but I have this feeling that things are going to work for us.” She hadn’t felt the anxiety and pressure lately.

"Oh I was not trying to suggest." Ezekiel said, feeling a little guilty. "I was curious, who's baby it was." He said, trying to save face.

“Well I thought of us having a baby.” Anna said. “I don’t know when but I know it is going to happen.”

"We both have, it will happen." Ezekiel said. They needed to be patient.

“I believe a lot of it has been tension and concern on my part.” Anna said with a smile. “We’ve had physicals and there is no reason we can’t so I believe I should follow my own advice and let things go as they should.”

"I think you are being to hard on yourself, it will happen when it happens." Ezekiel said, trying to get her to see the logic in his comment.

“I maybe but I feel so much better now.” Anna said with a relaxed smile. “And I am so happy to have you home and we can spend some time together.”

"Plus, the fun is in the trying." Ezekiel said with a big grin on his face. His mood was an open book, easy to read.

"OH I agree." Anna said with a smile. "We should have plenty of time to try now that you are back."

"And plan our wedding, I really want to focus on getting the Admiral to marry us. I can't wait, to be your husband." Ezekiel said, with a slight grin on his face.

"I've been busy working on it." Anna said with a smile. "You need to get busy and do your part." She laughed at his expression.

With a big teasing grin, he asked. "What is my part again, I was under the impression I only had to say, I do!"

"OH no." Anna laughed. "You are the one who needs to set the date and finalize that plus other things." They were supposed to have gotten married months ago.

"Perhaps, but traditionally the bride plans her big grand wedding." Ezekiel pointed out to her.

"Then I will." Anna replied. "We will be married two months from Saturday. Your only job is to make sure your men and anyone you want there is here."

"Just like that?" Ezekiel asked, he was very puzzled. What was the catch he wondered.

“Two months and no more moving it forward.” Anna looked him in the eyes. “If someone can’t make it then they will miss it.”

"2 months, then you will be Mrs Bagwell." Ezekiel said, loving the way that sounded. It was cheesy, but he did not care. Sometimes a little cheesiness was a good thing.

"You said it." Anna reiterated and I will hold you to it." She hoped nothing urgent came up this time.

There was nothing more to say, as the scene starts to fade away with Ezekiel stealing a kiss from his lovely bride to be.

Anna let all her thoughts of the wedding go as she embraced Zeke.
