Needed Supplies

Mission: Episode 107 – Recovery
Location: Starbase 400
Timeline: MD3, 1300hrs

Tom was pissed off, there was no other way to say it. His whole restaurant was gone. Of all the places on the Promenade untouched, 'Good Fella's Bar and Grille' had been turned into a weapon's storage area. That was of course after they ate or destroyed all of the food left behind.

"They got into the wine too, all of it, gone." Tom said as he walked from the rear storage area into what had been his restaurant. He looked around for the moment, no chairs, no tables, no cherry wood columns, all gone.

Vito limped out of another back room, "Not everything is gone. They didn't get into the secure locker under the office."

"What's in there?" Tom asked.

"A case of 2350 Dal Forno Romano Amarone Della Valpolicella, twenty-one bricks of latinum, and address in Noto, Sicily, another address in Pitigliano, Tuscany, and an old PADD." Vito replied, handing it to Tom.

"Thank God!" Tom replied.

Vito cocked his next to the side and raised an eye brow.

"I'll tell you on the way to Earth." Tom said. "Have all of that stored aboard the ship once it arrives in an hour, the Cercatore di Tesori has a run to make." Finally, Tom smiled, for the first time in a long time.

Vito limped off to get help with the items so they could be transported aboard the ship once it arrived.

Tom walked over to one of the walls where a photo of the Leaning Tower of Pisa was hanging and straightened in. He then heard someone come in, stepping on broken glass that had once been a window. "Danny, I want you to get a crew together to start cleaning..." Tom trailed off as he turned around. It wasn't Danny standing there, it was Splendora.

"Hi." Tom said after a moment.

She smiled. "Hi." She stood there for a heart beat and then walked over wrapping her arms around him. "I was worried." She hadn't been to her shop yet...she had to make sure he and Vito were alright. This place had been ruined. She could sense the emotions. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, yeah, I'm okay. Just out of all of my inventory, well, everything. I've got to make a run to Earth for supplies to rebuild and get the restaurant reopened." Tom replied. "How's your shop? I hear Mister Wayne's shop was nearly untouched. Same with the Skyline Lounge...thankfully. I wouldn't take listening to Mister Widdy complain right now."

She smiled, "Haven't been back there yet. Wanted to make sure you and Vito were alright. "How's he doing?"

"He was wounded taking Ops, but it was minor. He's got a little limp but it'll clear up in a few days. Me, meh, I'm too stubborn to be hurt." He smirked.

She smiled. She let the silence stretch. "So how can I help with this place?"

"Well I have a maintenance team coming to help clean up and those two are scheduled to be here in about fifteen months." Tom smirked. "I have the kitchen and wait staff, those that choose to stay, cleaning up. Vito and I are making a run to Earth for supplies and provisions."

Tom paused for a moment, "You want to come?"

She smiled. "I think I would like that a lot." Gods knew she needed a break. "When do we leave?"

"As soon as Vito says the ship is ready." Tom replied.

She smiled. "Then I better go see Hades and I'll meet you back here?"

"Great." Tom replied.
