Mission: Mission 78 - Colonial Uprising

Lee had just gotten back to his office after having lunch with Alex, he smiled at the thought of them going to be having their first date soon. She was a lovely woman and he was looking forward to it. Lee had spotted the two messages that where left for him, he decided to see what Admiral Bremer wanted first.

Lee tapped his badge "Pike to Bremer."

"Bremer here, go ahead."

"You wanted to speak with me sir?"

"Yes, please meet me in Tactical Astrometerics." Mike replied.

As he entered Tactical Astrometerics, Mike looked up at the large monitor, currently showing ship movements along the Federation/Romulan border. He sat the PADD he was carrying down on the main console and waited for Pike to arrive.

A few minutes later Lee finally arrived in Tactical Astrometerics, he walked up to Admiral Bremer "What can I do for you sir?"

Mike looked up at Pike. "Yes, Lee." He picked up the PADD he'd brought with him.

"I'm sure you're aware of all the shuffling around, some personnel being transferred, others en route here now. One of the open positions now is Chief Intel Officer. Before leaving for Starfleet Command, Captain Mark recommended that you take over that position, and I agree with that recommendation. You've done the work before as Strategic Operations, and worked along with Captain Mark. It would mean a transfer back to the Fleet, rank of Captain, and CO of the USS Luna. I've also recommended Lieutenant Colonel Highsmith take over as CO of the First Marine Division and USS Saratoga CO. All I need is for you to accept."
Mike smiled as he handed Lee the PADD with the official set of orders and transfer and awaited Pike's reply.

Lee took the padd and nodded "Appreciate that Captain Mark would recommended me. I do accept the new position and the new rank. I think that Lieutenant Colonel Highsmith would make a find Marine Commander."

Mike smiled, "Great, I'll update your Starfleet records. Also, I do believe Captain K`Temoc is looking for you too"

"Anything else sir?"

"That'll be all, now go get into a proper uniform please." Mike smirked as Lee left Tactical Astrometerics.
