Vox, sat at the helm of his ship, SS Tenaran, began to make the preparations to land just on the outskirts of Bath at a prearranged pad which he had arranged two days earlier.
Tapping the console, he opened up the internal coms. It was 06:45 am.
#Rise and shine everyone, wakey, wakey. We have just entered Sector 001. Our landing site on Earth is ready for us. We will land in approximately an hours time. So freshen up, get some breakfast and let's see where the map takes us. #
“No sign of the lovebirds yet?” Varena grinned as she joined Vox, she’d been up for a little while and had already eaten. “Probably enjoying the holiday from their Starfleet duties!”
"Quite possibly, the weather over Bath looks a bit cloudy so we might get a bit of chop on our approach." he replied.
"A little chop isn't going to hurt" Varena grinned. "Let's hope neither of our lovebirds gets sea sick!"
"Hope not. I will crank up the dampers to the max to try and smooth it out. " Vox added.

Freya groaned as she rolled over in bed, she was feeling pretty off colour this morning thanks to her morning sickness. She’d already been out of bed twice in the last half hour. “If this keeps up you’ll have to carry on, I’ll stay here aboard ship.” She looked at Kaden as she slowly sipped a glass of water.
Kaden walked out of the bathroom tucking in his shirt into waistband of his trousers. He hated seeing Freya sick like this he walked over and knelt down taking her hand into his. "I am sorry you aren't feeling well wish I could do more to help you feel better."
Freya offered the best smile she could muster. "Would you get me some toast please? Just something simple to start off the morning might help to settle this, only another month to go and this morning sickness should start to subside."
Nodding Kaden walked over to the replicator and ordered Freya her toast and him a platter of biscuits covered in country gravy with bacon. Before returning back setting their food down between them. A slight sting jumped out of nowhere causing Kaden to wince lifting up his shirt and rubbing the spot it came from.
"Something wrong?" Freya looked up at Kaden having noticed him wince.
"Old injury I got from Andy when he stabbed me..." Kaden replied before pausing. "Sorry, I shouldn't of brought him up." He began feel stupid for even mentioning that animal where ever he was Kaden hoped he was rotting in a cell or better yet in a grave.
"It still hurts?" Freya leant forward as she nibbled on some of the toast he'd gotten for her. "Is it just sensitive or is it actually painful?" Her instincts as a medic kicked in as she gently took a look at the area. "I don't see any redness or swelling that would indicate an infection of any sort, maybe it's something to do with the nerves in that area." She looked up at Kaden. "If it continues I'd visit Sickbay and just have it checked out."
Kaden watched Freya examine the area it stung biting his lower lip for a moment. "Freya, about the things I did you know with not handling the things Andy did to you at first. Then the whole fear I had about our baby I should of been more understanding than I was." He sighed shaking his head clearly disgusted at himself. "I can be a real jerk and I don't know how to express how sorry I am for everything."
Freya looked up at him. "You don't have to apologise, you were afraid and I understand why. As for Andy he..." She paused. "Violated me and that's not something I can forget but with you to support me I can get past that and everything that's happened since!" She offered a smile. "My first port of call when we get back is to have these removed" She ran her fingers over the scars on her stomach and chest that she still had from where Andy stabbed her.
Kaden seeing the scars didn't help him feel any better instead he broke down sobbing. "Freya, I am sorry for everything I should of done better than I did. I should of protected you better that way Andy would of never hurt you."
"Hey...don't do that!" Freya gave her husband a loving cuddle. "It's all over now and I don't want to keep going over it." She gently wiped his tears. "We have to get up to Vox and Varena, so let's get ourselves ready."
Kaden certainly understood Freya's need to not dwell on it she wanted to move on and focus on the happy things in her life. But it didn't help Kaden feel somewhat guilty over his actions time to time as he hoped this spur of the moment adventure they came on might help him get past it. Maybe even bring him and Freya even closer that they helped Vox make a huge discovery. "Okay." He said as he got up to finish getting dressed.
~ Main Bridge, a few minutes later ~
Making their way up to the bridge, Freya grabbed onto Kaden’s arm as the ship lurched. The ride was bumpy which wasn’t helping with Freya’s morning sickness.
“Well look whose arrived!” Varena took one look at Freya and grinned. “Too bumpy a ride for you princess?”
“Actually...No!” Freya gave Varena an annoyed glance. “Just morning sickness.”
“Morning Sickness?!!” Varena looked at Kaden astounded. “You brought her along on what could be a dangerous mission and she’s pregnant!” She sighed.
Vox frowned whilst trying maintain a smooth ride down to their landing site. "Varena has a good point Kaden. Bath is a picturesque English town so relatively safe but who knows where the next clue will take us. I guess will need to up our guard somewhat." He added. The ship passed through the last of the clouds into bright sunlight. With Bath visible below them. Vox adjusted their course and, after a few moments of minimal turbulence, they touched down onto the landing pad.
"Engines off, gravity normalised, we've arrived folks." Vox announced.
“Just a moment...” Freya looked around. “As I’ve already told Kaden if there’s any hint of danger I’ll stay aboard ship so I don’t compromise anyone else’s safety. As for now” She grinned. “We’re home! I’m not missing out on stepping out this time.”
Vox turned around in his seat. "Maybe you staying onboard might be taking it too far Freya. Pregnancy is not a disability and should not be treated as such. I've been pregnant three times before, previous hosts of course, so I know more than most men would." Vox smiled.
Freya nodded and smiled. “Thank you Vox, I appreciate that.” She made a mental note to talk to Rae later about his experiences of having children in previous lifetimes.
Kaden appreciated Vox being concerned but Varena was nearly to the point of crossing the line. "As I recall, it was you that suggested I bring my wife. Just cause she is pregnant don't mean Freya can't handle herself still." He looked Varena over his brow creasing. "When she found out you was on 400 and part of the trip this 'princess' was certainly coming whether I liked it or not."
“Damn right!” Freya nodded. “I don’t trust you Varena, so I’ll be keeping a very close eye on you.”
Varena simply smiled a wicked smile and turned to Vox. “Let’s go and find this clue!
