A Friend Comes Through

Alexandra was looking at old Pegasus mission logs. She found the reading very interesting. She wasn't surprised to find out that Bremer got out of many hairy situations, avoiding being killed. But he had been taken prisoner more than once in his career.

She found two names, twin brothers, with the last name Westmoreland. As she investigated them, she found a possible connection between Clark and Westmoreland. The time and place fit.

One down, two to go. She couldn't find anything on Clark. She was a bit disappointed. Her eyes began to burn. She sat back and rested her eyes. She dozed off for a second but a message coming in woke her.

"Alex, you look tired." It was Vice Admiral T'Lar.

"Trying to find some information on Clark and the men who helped free him. I haven't come up with much except on Jon Westmoreland."

"Well, my Executive Officer is a marine with connections. He was able to find out a few things about him. I've sent you what he found out. I think you will be pleased."

"Thank you" she paused," for everything. As soon as this thing with Pike is finished, we'll be on our way. I'm eager to see my son and spend time lost with him."

"He'll like that. He seems to settling here very well. Everyone here on the base is giving him the VIP treatment. "

"It probably helps having an Admiral there as well."

Deela smiled, "Maybe. Anyway, I will let you go. Enjoy the information and I'll see you soon. Paul sends his love."

Alex pulled up the information and she was right. She was very pleased as everything now made sense.

She was going to take a nap but she was contacted by Bremer's Yeoman to join Bremer in his ready room., "So much for a little R & R."
