Mike finished eating and has stood up from the table. K`Temoc hadn't him a beer, a German hefeweizen. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Good weather, good food, good friends. It was nice to see so many of SB400's crew members getting to know each other outside of `work`.

Mike passed by Janice, kissing her on the top of the head, then walked over to Captain Andrews.

"You've been pretty quiet, everything okay?" Mike asked.

Andrews nodded, "Was thinking about that...questioning we walked into when we arrived."

Mike took a breath and slowly let it out, "I understand Starfleet Command's side, they want answers and it's hard to imagine that once of their own was helping the Romulans gather intel, so they are looking for any reasons other than an Admiral simply betraying his uniform and oath. But, I agree with you, they way it was handled was totally out of line."

Andrews answer understood that, and Mike knew he was venting a little...

"Any word from on the Talos mission?" He asked after a moment.

Mike took a drink of his beer, "They reported in that they had arrived and were looking over the debris from the SS Columbia still on the planet. They also reported no contact from the Talosians at all since they arrived so they were being cautious."

Before Andrews could answer, someone else walked up. He wore a Starfleet uniform with gold trim, with the rank of Ensign.

"Admiral Bremer, I'm Ensign Dar Vox. I've been assigned to Starbase 400 as the new Master-At-Arms. I've also been asked to give you this, sir." The Bajorian/Human said as he stepped up.

Mike took the two PADDs. One with Ensign Dar's orders, the other was from Admiral Ross. "Thank you Ensign." Mike pointed out Captain Harrison, "That is Captain Alexandra Harrison, Chief Security Officer. She can show you around, grab some food if you'd like, we have a few more hours of R and R. Enjoy yourself." Mike replied with a smile.

As the Ensign walked over to speak with Harrison, Mike looked at the PADD from Admiral Ross. It was a request to meet with him in his Office at Starfleet Command in the morning. He's also requested Captain Andrews to come.

"Any idea what this might be about?" Terran asked Mike.

"None, but we'll find out tomorrow. For now, go relax some." Mike said with a smile as the two me walked back over to the group.

Just wanted to move things along. If you're part of the group at Earth, come on, have some fun! We'll wrap up the cookout by Friday before moving on. Then, we'll be waiting for the Talos group to get to Earth!
