Mission: Mission 76 - Home comings

ON:

Ryan snapped out of his daze as he heard a voice behind him. He turned to see a nicely dressed woman. At first he didn't recognize her, but at a second glance he realized it was Lieutenant Gillo.

"This is informal Lieutenant. Don't worry about anything. Relax and enjoy it here."

Ryan paused for a moment.

"Earth hasn't changed much since I left." Ryan said with a smirk.

Holly smiled, "I know it is informal because otherwise you would be in uniform and so would I." She then approached him so she was standing next to him before folding her arms across her chest and continuing. " This is a different side of this planet. One I do not recall being shown when I was in training as a marine. Seems more peaceful ... almost ... lots of minds are around."

"That is probably because we are the last here." Ryan smiled.

"Shall we go to the cookout?"

Dropping her arms to her side she adjusted the bag on her arm and answered his question. "If we are the last ones here then we should join the others." She said with a smile, "Don't want to be late."

Ryan and Holly made their way to Admiral Bremer's back yard to join the rest of the crew who had made it.
