With the Saratoga approaching the Border with the Tholians our first stop is the Dorelle system. I have never tangled with the Tholians, they were a neutral party during the Dominion War however, with recent developments with the Romulans, Starfleet Command is taking a second look at the diplomatic relationship with the Romulans and The Tholians, thus my orders to ensure that the Tholians do not take advantage of their treaty with the Romulans.
