Personnel Log - Stardate 66592.9

"As I sit here in my Office, I can't help but to wonder why Sevlek is really here...especially since Starfleet Command didn't inform me he was coming."

"This isn't the first time Starfleet Command has left me out of the loop on things, but after discovering Jellico feeding the Romulans information that hasn't been a problem...until now."

"Maybe I'm making too much out of this though. It is Sevlek's job to monitor issues like that, and the Krazzle / C'Hak war is a big deal. That said, it's also my job as Starbase 400's CO and the ranking Flag Officer in the Theseus Area of Operations."

"Something else weighing on my mind. Janice is wanting to take Marc and Emma's bodies back to Earth for the funeral. With the Pegasus still under repair, we'll be taking the Durga. It'll be another day or two before we depart, and while K'Wor, Janice, Christopher, and K'Temoc are all healing...I don't know how I am going to handle burying two of my children."

"The Klingon in me has accepted it. Marc died a warrior, defending and protecting his younger brother, and the Vulcan in me I think has helped me maintain my composure...for the most part. However my Human side, even if it's just a forth of me, is really having a hard time. Parents are supposed to bury their children."

"Until we leave, I plan to keep busy. Find out more about why Sevlek is here, his new ship, and the on going war between the Krazzle and C'Hakilian Empire."
