Mission:
Mission 81 - Revenge
Location: Bridge of the Pegasus
Timeline: Current
Saith sat at her station on the bridge and sorted through the reports both old and new regarding their current mission. The tension on the bridge of the Pegasus was palpable. There was relatively little noise, with everyone quietly performing their duties and probably thinking about the events that lead them to this point. The Pegasus herself made the most noise, chirping and beeping. ‘The calm before the storm,’ Saith thought.
As she read through the next group of reports on the shuttle pieces her mind rolled briefly over the call regarding Vid-Lotilija. Saith frowned to herself, she had spent more time with the Lieutenant than anyone else on the station, with the notable exception of Maal. She smiled briefly at the thought of Maal, but then frowned again; if she used familiarity as a ruler, Vid-Lotilija would have been considered her ‘best friend;’ after her it would be . . . who? Captain Pike, Captain Harrison?
She had only spent that one evening with Vid getting ready for the party. Had briefly spoken with Captain Harrison a couple of times; she had spoken more with Pike than anyone as well as nearly fighting with him. Still, considering their relationship she couldn’t see herself discussing Maal or Andy with either Harrison or Pike. Saith shook her head ‘you need to find a friend’ she thought to herself; it would be what her human father would have said. With an audible sigh she continued with her project, making sure they had enough evidence to nail Westmorland’s ass.
