Alexandra was happy that Bremer asked her to join him in greeting Picard and part his crew. The Enterprise was a legend and the Captains who have commanded them as well.

Once they returned to OPS, Alex called a meeting with her department. "Looks like the Yorktown is towing in some well known acquaintances, the Pakled. Although they seem intellectually inept by the way they talk, they are cunning and deceptive. Don't let their appearance fool you. They're thieves who are only interested in one thing and that is to get technology to instantly gain power.

They have a habit of kidnapping people and that is what we want to avoid. I want them watched like a hawk 24/7. Don't trust them, don't take your eyes off them. Also, while Commander LaForge is here on the base, I don't want them to talk to him or interact with him if at all possible. Last time he tried to help them, they kidnapped him. When the Yorktown docks, Rodriguez and Fuller, you'll assist me. I get a duty roster out within the hour. Okay, dismissed." She watched them leave to get back to their various duties.

Alex was hungry so she decided to get something to eat before all hell breaks lose. There was also the dinner at 1800 hours, oh, 1700 hours. She hoped that goes without a hitch as well.
