Leaving his office, he saw that everyone was at their stations, he gathered his team together. Then he started " This mission is not going to be easy. We are on our way to a rescue mission and travelling through a Borg transwarp channel. Anything can still happen. The Georg Washington can take a lot, but not everything, we have to be prepared for anything. The captain is counting on us and our abilities. We will play through some important scenarios that will prepare us for anything. It is important to all of us that we return home safe and sound." he said and noted that he will do the same.

"I will prep the scenarios. They will be random and unexpected you will not know when they start nor how many there are, neither will I and I expect good team work. A failure is not a set back, so don't get discouraged. We will grow as a team. Dismissed"

As everyone went back to their work so did he but he lingered for a moment and observed then went to his office prepping these scenarios with the help of computer giving it a set time window in where to set these scenario simulations.

As those simulations started everyone’s jump to action and did the best to accomplish the tasks ahead. Percy observed how his team handled each task and meet a mental note for himself and about his team. The simulation run a few for a few hours and once these simulation have been concluded, he gathered his team back together and complimented them on how well they have done these simulations he also told them that the computer will analyse the results. Once these results have been analysed. There will be a follow-up meeting to discuss how well the team did and in which areas we need to improve. He dismissed his team once the next shift arrived in main engineering. He went back to his office to finish off the last bit of his shift, before leaving engineering he gave the assignments for the other shifts to do the same trainings scenario. The remainder of the day he went to the holo deck and put on his favourite program of a snooker tournament. It helped him to relax after work and to revisit the events of the day. He new once I get serious that he won’t have the time to relax it will be a time of full engagement.
