Location: Bremer’s Office
Timeline: MD3, Evening

Kah’lyn had received a message asking her to see Admiral Bremer as soon as possible, wondering what it was about she made her way to his office. Pressing the chime she nervously awaited admission.

"Enter." Mike called.

Walking inside Kah’lyn offered a polite smile. “Reporting as ordered Sir.”

"Please have a seat." Mike said, not even looking back from the monitor he was facing behind his desk.

After a few moments, he shut the monitor down and turned to face Kah'lyn. "How long have you be apart of this crew now?"

Kah’lyn took a seat glad for the chance to sit down. “It’s just over a month Sir.”

Mike nodded. "Then it's been long enough for you to remember to appear in proper uniform when you're on duty or called for a meeting."

“Sir?” Kah’lyn gave him a curious look.

Mike eyed the woman for a moment, then picked up a small box from his desk, walked over to her, and handed it to her. The box contained a small pip.

Kah’lyn looked at the box for a moment before opening it, to her astonishment there was a new rank pip inside. “Sir!?” She picked up the pip and simply held it for a moment. “I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve this.”

"You deserve it. You preformed well during battles for SB400 and to end the war. You've been a proven member of this crew, it just took me time to realize." Mike said.

Kah’lyn smiled warmly as she added her new pip before looking at Bremer proudly. “Thank you Sir, all I want to be here with Croesus. To raise our family here aboard the station. I’ll do you proud Sir.”

"You already have. Now go tell Croesus." Mike flashed a smile.

Kah’lyn grinned as she stood up. “I will, thank you Sir!”
