" A little more to the left." Fulvia said from her viewpoint as the lizard that had stolen her heart moved the holoprojector slightly to the left. The plans for Halloween were going well and with things quietened down the security chief and his third were helping out with the preparations.

Lee was making his rounds checking in on things since they had recently taken back Star Base 400, he stopped seeing a couple people "Hello there."

" Hello, commodore," Xalanth replied politely. " Me and my third were are just getting the holo projectors set up for the party."

Lee turned looking in the direction "Hello Lieutenant." He looked around a bit "And how is the set up going?"

" Okay, we're getting the holo projectors set up. The boss wants a selection of various monsters from as many different planets and species we can think off." Xalanth explained as Fulvia jumped down from the upper level to be with her mate.

" Watch it you are three weeks pregnant," he said worrying as the former gladiatrix wrapped her arm around his shoulder.

" I know what i can handle darling." She said lovingly. " This projector's still not loaded with anything commodore do you have anything you'd like to add? " She asked politely.

Lee stood there watching the two, almost shaking his head, he remember how over protective he was when Alex was pregnant. He thought for a minute "Nothing that I could think of currently."

" Well, there's plenty to chose from. Are you glad to be back on the station commodore?" The lizard asked.

"I'll give it some thought. Who isn't glad to be back Lieutenant." Lee gives a small smile "But yes I am glad to be."

" Well, i've gotten rid of the pact stay behind forces with the help of my love mate here so it should be quieter around here. Now we can get this place back up and running. " the lizard added.

Lee nodded "Hopefully that it will be for a long time here."

" Do you think that's possible sir? I doubt the pact could counter attack right away, but it is possible." Xalnath responded.

"It is possible, you never know with them on what could happen Lieutenant."

" Well, I'm sure now we've gotten back on the station we'll be able to hold it against them. " Xalanth replied.

Lee nodded "That we will be able to."

" I have a few things i'd like to add to the station security that may give us an edge. I'm still drawing the plans up, but i'll let the command team know as soon as i can." The security chief added.

"As soon as you have the plans bring them to me then we'll take them over to Admiral Bremer and Admiral T'Lar."

" Will do sir. " the lizard said as he looked over at his mate who was working on loading a holoprojector. " I've had four daughters already and yet I'm still nervous. Do you think that's normal sir?" he asked

Lee raised an eyebrow then chuckled "Yeah I am sure that it's normal to be nervous. I have a step son, a son and a daughter."

" That's good to know. Are your children on the station sir?" the lizard inquired.

"My son and daughter are but my step son is currently at the Academy." Lee said

" Mine are all back on my homeworld at the Federation embassy. Probably the safest place for them." Replied the security chief.

Lee nodded "Don't blame you there." He looked around for a minute "Well I probably should get back to work."

" I'll see you around sir." the lizard replied calmly.
