[USS Falcon] Before the meeting

Location: USS Falcon, Captain's quarters
Timeline: MD1 0810 hrs

Ezekiel walks into the room, "Might as well unpack. Were heading out again, we have a meeting with command staff to get too." Ezekiel called out. As he looked over to Anna. He walked into the room. To tell her. They were going to walk onto the station together. They still can, but not to return home, but prepare for battle.

Anna looked up at his words. “In times like these that will be our lives.” She walked over to him. “I’m ready when you are.”

Ezekiel held her close for a moment. "Here I was hoping we could have some down time, to spend the day together." He said, with a wink in his eye.

Anna hugged him back. “We’ll still be together just being alone will have to wait for later.”

"At least we have this cozy little room, all to our self." Zeke called out with a big grin on his face, as he started to walk with her. They were heading out of the room.

“I will take what I can get,” Anna said with a smile. “Does the crew know already?”

"Yes, the XO is notifying them now. We have a meeting to attend shortly, after that meeting, were taking off again." Ezekiel said to her. He would have preferrred to stay on the station, and spend time with Anna. But duty calls. He was grateful, she got to come along with him on the USS Falcon.

“This is important,” Anna said, mostly reminding herself. “We will have time together once everything settles down.”

Ezekiel had no idea, when that would be. Things seemed pretty escalated. He knew she was right, but at the moment he could not see it. "I know you are right, things are pretty intense right now."

“All I know to do is hang on to the love we share,” Anna explained. “And I’m grateful we are on the Falcon together. I believe our time will come.”

"Might just have to make the time." Ezekiel suggested as he leaned in for a kiss. Sadly they did not have the time, at this moment.

“We will,” Anna smiled. “And before you know it our dream of having a baby will be a reality.”

"Until it does, the art of making a baby, will have to be our constellation prize." Ezekiel said, feeling very corny for saying that.

“I can live with that,” Anna said with a smile. “Think of all the fun we will have getting there.”

"Agreed, hate to cut this short, Rodgers and I have a meeting to attend." Zeke called out, not wanting to leave, but really having no choice.
