"Were going to have a baby shower? Right?" Zeke asked, as they left Ariana's place. He believed they should have one. It was a the cultural thing to do. And deep down, it was something he wanted to do. But he was getting ahead of himself. They were not pregnant yet.

“You bet we are!” Anna smiled. “And we can invite everyone we want to!” She shook her head. “I want to share our happiness with the world!”

"What did I do, to ever deserve you?" Zeke asked, as she stopped them both for a moment, and pulled her close to him. He looked into her deep brown eyes.

“Same thing I did,” Anna smiled, looking into his eyes. “You are my soulmate.”

Zeke reached in for a small kiss. Then they started to walk again. "The Falcon, primed and ready to go. Curious, when Admiral Bremer will send us back out on patrol." Zeke said, still thinking back to the artifact they found. Why did the Tholians use it, as a spy type satellite?

“I’m ready.” Anna confessed. “I don’t mind the downtime but I like being out there.”

"Don't we all? You know Ariana was right, at some point, I may need to switch professions. But it won't be anytime soon." Zeke said to Anna, thinking about the nature of being a special operations unit on the station. There line of work could be very dangerous.

“We will face that when we need to,” Anna said with a smile. “We both are good at adapting.”

"Well one of us is." Zeke said. He still had a hard time adapting to things. He liked being in special operations. But he knew, if he wanted to have a family, then changes needed to be made.

“That is why you have me,” Anna smiled. “To help you along the way.”

"I would be totally lost with you, I am not afraid to say it. Without you, I would be lost, and still reading tech manuals on my down time in the mess hall. I can not begin to repay, all you have done for me." Zeke said, as she pulled her a little closer to him, as they stopped for a moment.

“My life would be a total wreck as well,” Anna held him close. “You keep me grounded, I don’t even want to think about a world without you.”

Zeke pulled in closer, as they embraced for a moment. "He pulled away slowly, not really wanting to let her go. Ready to get something to eat?" Zeke asked. His stomach was starting to growl?

“I am,” Anna nodded. “Now that you mentioned it.” They headed off to get something to eat.

Zeke and Anna took a seat, the waiter took their order. As they waited he asked. "How is your sickbay on the Falcon? Is she fully stocked, ready to go?" Zeke wondered. He was eager to get the Falcon combat ready. She could be called up at a moments noticed. He prided himself, on being ready to go on a moments notice.

Anna smiled. “Yes,” she nodded. “I am ready to go the moment we’re called.”

"Happy to hear it. I know the Falcon, is a small ship. But she is growing on me. At least our quarters are comfortable. Even if they are on the small side, for starbase living standards." He said, with a big grin on his face. Thinking to himself, how well they have it on the station.

“Smaller space means closer living,” Anna said with a smile. “I don’t mind being close to you.”

"Well in our case, we don't spend a lot on the Falcon. But I do like being close to you." Zeke said, as he held her hand.

“As long as we are together,” Anna replied. “I am happy. And moving forward to having a family makes me happy as well but id it doesn’t happen then I will be fine. You are the beat of my heart.”

Zeke smiled as gripped her hand softly, the scene starts to fade away.
