Deela immediately made her way to see her kids. She missed them and couldn't wait to hug them. Alex had picked up all of the kids so Deela went to Alex's quarters. She rang the chime and walked in. Brandon and Raivyn ran up to her and hugged Deela tightly, "Mommy! Mommy!" Raivyn was excited to her, "I missed you so much."

Deela hugged them back, "Me too." She looked over and saw Paul, "So, how did they do?"

Paul smiled proudly, "It went very well. They were on their best behavior and we had a lot of fun. We played games and Brandon has been working on a few projects for school. Unfortunately, I have got to pack. I'm expected back at the Academy and there is a shuttle waiting but I only have an hour."

Alex walked out of her bedroom, "Deela. I hope you don't mind me bringing the kids here. Paul left me a message and asked if I'd get here a soon as I could."

"No" she smiled, "That is fine." She turned back to Paul, "I am sorry that we can't talk more but I do understand. Thank you so much for taking care of them. I am sure that you were not expecting to spend your vacation talking care of kids."

Paul shrugged, "I actually am glad that I got to spend it with Brandon. Before I know it, he's going to outgrow me."

Brandon spoke up, "That's not going to happen. We'll always be friends."

Paul laughed, "Good to know."

"Well Paul. I promise that the next time you come and visit, I will not hit you up for babysitting."

Brandon folded his arms in front of him, "Hey! Wait a minute. I'm not a baby."

Paul and everyone laughed, "No you're not." Paul ruffled Brandon's hair, "I better get packing." He hugged Deela and disappeared to pack. Brandon followed him into the guest room.

Alex looked over at the doorway and then back to Deela, "I heard about Lai'lira. I'm so sorry."

Deela hugged Alex, "Thank you." Deela put her hand out, "Something weird happened. She left a message for me and Dr. Hades and then this appeared." She showed her the crystal, "Do you remember the story of The Prophets of Bajor?"

Alex nodded, "Yes, I do."

"Have you ever heard of the Orb of Love?"

Alex shook her head, "No, I haven't. Are you thinking that is the Orb of Love?"

"I really do not know for sure. I met this new girl, a lieutenant named Kalani. She was telling me all about this Orb of Love and the story that goes along with it sounds very similar. I still need to talk it over with Dr. Hades but I really want to show it to her but the problem is that she wants to return it back to the Prophets of Bajor. Lai'lira gave it to us for a reason." Deela looked down at her hand, "Not quite sure why still."

Alex didn't know what to believe, "The only advice that I can give is talk it over with Dr. Hades and see what he thinks, you know, make sure that she is on the up and up. We've had people here before claiming one thing and being someone else."

"I have no intention of showing it to her. It will have to be a mutual decision." Deela put it back where she had it, "I will let you know what I find out when I do."

Paul comes out, "Okay, I'm ready and all packed. I have thirty minutes before I have to be on that shuttle. I'd like to have a little family time if possible."

Deela smiled, "Do not worry. I understand. You have a safe trip."

Brandon frowned, "I don't want you to go."

Paul git down on one knee, "I'll be back. Don't worry. But I have to get back to the Academy. Okay?" Paul stood back up, "I'll see you when I get another break, I promise."

Deela took Raivyn's hand, "Okay, that is our cue to go. We will see you next time." They all gave hugs and said their goodbyes.

On their way to their quarters, Deela talked to them, "When we get home, you will have to tell me all about what you guys did while I was gone."
