Mission: Mission 76 - Home comings
Location: Earth
Timeline: Later in the day, following the funeral

Once the ceremony and funeral were over, Admiral Bremer returned to his home on Lake Murray. He tended to some personal things, packed a few items to take back with him to SB400, and prepared to leave. As he rounded the corner to walk down stairs, he looked out a window and saw his son outside. K`Wor was standing beside his mother's grave over in the corner of the property. Mike realized this was the first time his son had been home in several years. Yes, he'd been on Earth during the Romulan/Jellico incident, but neither of them had made it `home`.

Mike walked down stairs and outside. As he neared K`Wor, the young man looked up and over at his father, giving a half smile. "Admiral."

As Mike walked closer, "Drop the titles, while we're home...please." Giving his son a smile.

"I feel bad, not having come to see mom in so long, like I've let her down."

Mike put his hand on his son's shoulder, "No...on the contrary, you're mother would be very proud of the man you've become. And I'm proud of you too."

K`Wor looked up at his dad, "Thank you."

"I'm about to return to the Pegasus, we'll be leaving tomorrow to return to Starbase 400."

"What's my assignment?" Asked the Acting-Ensign.

"I'll be looking over duty rosters after beaming up and will send out assignments then."

"Aye sir." K`Wor replied with a smile.




An hour later, Mike was in his Ready Room, finishing up the ship assignments...

Pegasus: Adm. Bremer, Capt. Harrison, Centurian t'Khellian

Yorktown: Capt. K`Temoc, Ens. Dar, LtCdr. Smith, CPO. O`Reily, LtCol. Sosuke

Avenger: Capt. Greenwood, Acting-Ens. K`Wor, Lt. Gillo

Venator: Capt. Andrews, Ens. Driggett

Laffey: Cdr. Winter, Sogh M`Kota

Saratoga: Col. Pike

Vanguard: Capt. Weatherlight, PO Willeg

Endeavor: Cdr. Coleman, Ltjg. Lee

Steadfast: Capt. Mark, LtCdr. Wright

Constantinople: LtGen. Fultian-Bremer, LtCol. Highsmith


Admiral Bremer looked over the assignments again, and then sent them out to everyone. Most would be staying where they had been, a few were assigned to different ships in order to get additional experience. No trouble was expected on the way back to the Station. They would be leaving soon, so everyone would need to get settled in and ready to depart before the day was over.


OFF: NPCs will stay aboard the ships they have been assigned too for the last few missions. We'll start the new mission on Monday, so let's wrap up what's going on here on Earth and be ready to go!
