Mission: Episode 88 - Memories Lost, Trouble Found
Location: Engineering
Timeline: MD4-1130h "After Talking with the Admiral"

After her meeting with Mike she walked to the turbolift, "Engineering." She stated as the doors closed shut behind her and the lift began moving towards it's destination. After a few minutes the lift came to a stop and the doors opened up. Jewel walked out and headed straight for Engineering, and walked in and looked around.

After a while she spotted both Commander Coleman and Lieutenant Jack Wooldridge talking so she walked up to both of them. "Good morning Commander, Lieutenant." Jewel stated with a smile, "may I have a word with both of you privately?" she asked looking at both of them. She was still getting used to her new rank of Major General

Wooldridge turned and said "of course ma'am"

Coleman put up a hand and gently guided them to his office and said, "Sure, we can use my office." Coleman lead the way and offered them both a seat at the table that he had in the office. After taking a seat, he said, "What can we do for you General?"

"Yes, I have gotten approval from Admiral Bremer. Here is what I would like done with the Diplomatic Suite's as well as the offices. Nothing major just several changes to make things run smoother for everyone around." Jewel stated as she gave him the PADD with the information and diagrams on it. "Want new equipment, furniture, and so fourth. I would need help from an Engineering team that's why I came to you guys." Jewel replied looking at both of them.

Coleman looked over the PADD that Hurd had given him. The schematics of the new diplomatic suites and offices were just touchups to the ones already in place. All they had to do was to upgrade the computer software and hardware, as well as do some cosmetic work and change the flow around to make it work better for what the diplomatic team was doing for the region. Not only that, there would be upgraded work spaces for the various diplomats from various other worlds, such as the Gorn, Breen, Cardassian, among other species.

Coleman looked up from the PADD and over at the General, asking, "How long were you and Admiral Bremer looking to have this completed in? What's our time frame for this upgrade?"

"Well Admiral Bremer is leaving it up to me so, how soon can you start? I am not in to much of a rush. I'll help where I can as well." Jewel stated looking at Coleman and Wooldridge.

Coleman handed the PADD over to Wooldridge and asked, "What do you think Lieutenant?"

Jack scrolled through the PADD looking through the list. he then glanced up.
"well, sir, ma'am, it's all work i've done. it's a good 2 day job providing we can get the parts for it. But i might need some help with it, may i have permission to detail my engineering team on this as a priority one job?"

Coleman nodded and said, "I'd sign off on it as a priority one. The team heading out to Kaleb III won't be back for a couple more days, while they complete samples and all of their analyzing. So, the manpower and resources wouldn't be a problem. With your permission General, I'd put it as priority one and I would also like Lt. Wooldridge to take charge of the upgrades for you."

"Sounds good," Jewel replied as she smiled. "Thank you Commander," she added as she stood up.

"Again thanks again, I got to get some work done. If you need me you know where to find me." Jewel replied as she then walked out of the office and headed down the way.

Jack turned to Coleman and said "right, i better get going as well then sir, i better work up the boys and chase down these spare parts."

Jack gave a rueful grin as he left the room. finally, something constructive to do. hopefully this will help sort out these demons that had been tormenting him. Het apped his commbadge and said

"Squad Delta Echo, report to Engineering Briefing room 2, this is not a drill"
