another day on SB 400 and i worked my first doube-shift. angainst rules and regs of course buy LT-CDR Sek has been kicking ass about yorktown's repairs so it's all hands on deck.
the damage is worse then it looks im afraid. she needs a complete re'wiring in decks 1-3 sections 2-13, both aft torpedo launchers wont train or fire, one of the forward lasers wont track, no computer activity on the bridge and one of the secondary reactors overloaded and scrammed the impulse drives. looking at a good couple of months repair work at least. coleman's pulling his hair out. not surprised really considering he's the one getting his arse kicked from the admiral about repair times and such.
meanwhile squad delta echo engineering are getting along nicely; apart from yorktown's strife, we had a mistuned warp drive on USS Backman which me and Tom Watson sorted out, a LCARS failure on decks 425 and 587, a Nacelle clamp failure on USS Boxer and an exhaust blow-up on the returning USS Saratoga, fortunately with no casualties.
no time for poker tonight, we got a good 7 hours before we're on shift again. lovely job this. could'nt imagine anything better.
