"Personal Log. The panel explosion on Deck Two really has me concerned, more so than I'm letting the crew know. I realize 'these things happen' from time to time, even with a new ship, but these things shouldn't happen."

"What concerns me more is how the turbolift doors suddenly closed, then locked me in, while not responding to my commands until after the explosion. I really don't suspect foul play...but there is something odd going on aboard the Yorktown-F..."
