With Laffey departing for Talos IV along with three other Starships I find it interesting that the fleet would rather send what my people a century ago would call a Strike Force to a planet with no known military but whose population has long been ahead of us in evolutionary Design and implementation. I feel it a unique honor to be the first Andorian to even be considered as part of the Honor Guard for such an esteemed human.

Speaking of Humans, my new commanding Officer, James Winter is a human I have grown quite fond of, He is my friend at least I count him as one, he may be ahead of me by rank but in Andorian Military he would be my equal. Our mission seems to be two-fold, escort the remains of Commodore Pike back to Earth for a funeral befitting a lost hero, the second part to see why the Talosians are so eager to return him.
