A lot has happened since I set up the Serenity Gallery on Starbase 400. I have made a lot of new friends and so far no new enemies, which is a good thing. Who wants more of those anyway, enemies that is.

Sorting through the smuggler's loot is taking way more time than I thought. Although I am getting considerable help with it from new friends so there is that.

Lieutenant JG Kalani Liora, who has been helping me carbon date the items so their age and origins can be revealed, is a lovely young woman. The fact that she is taking the time, which she could do other things for herself, to help me, says a great deal about, not only her but others on the Starbase. Everyone I have met has been helpful and welcoming.

I hope they will finish the work in the hanger bay soon so I can get access to my ship. There are still works of art onboard I need for the gallery.
