Personal Log Andrew Clifford recording

I'm not sure how long it has been since we got back from recovering the Horizons computer core, but it seems like only a few hours. I have spent most of the time asleep, and can hardly keep awake even though I know I have just woken up from 12 hours solid sleep.

On a different note, despite the loss of life and injuries, the last mission has been like a bucket of cold water for me, and it worries me a little that life on the Starbase maybe getting boring. The stupid stunt with the runabout paid off, but could so easily have gone wrong, with an extra seconds warning the Borq sphere would have easily dealt with the runabout and we would have been no closer to defeating it, and a runabout down. The idea of a high speed projectile for attacking the Borq does seem like something that could be useful and should be investigated. I will spend more time on this once I get off duty later today, assuming I can stay awake.

Clifford off.
