The Saratoga has arrived at Point Alpha, the first leg of our journey to establish a Tachyon Detection Grid based upon confirmed Bajoran Intelligence that the Romulans have given freely Cloaking Devices to the Tholian Military and in return we believe the Tholians have given the Romulans their Web Spinner technology. Either technology cannot and shouldn't fall into the hands of each other. My priority orders are to establish the Grid in preparation of any deployment. At the moment we seem to be having our doorbell rung by the arrival of General Tozrax, the Tholian Supreme Commander.
