arrival

Hello all

Thank you for giving me the chance to play on this sim and in the world you have helped to expand. That being said and since I do not want to cause problems I was wandering if anyone could point out just who I should be meeting with on arrival at the station. I know it is not the station CO and likely not the XO but that leaves alot of grey area. Please let me know and I can get started writting the first JP with that person
