NPCs

Just a reminder to everyone. If you want to create an NPC on SB400 to give you a little more to write about, you must let me know first. Do not just randomly create NPCs or they will be deleted.

There's several reasons for this, starting with respect and courtesy. Also, we'll need to link the NPC to your account, create an image for him/her, add the NPC to the Main Site's roster, etc.
