Another new member!

I'd like to welcome our newest member, a Civilian, Melody Michelle Johnson! Melody is a freighter Captain and possibly a shop owner on SB400 and will be joining the simm tonight. She is aware that nearly all PC and NPC characters are away from the station right now (only RAdm Stryfe is there and he's ELOA).

So, let's welcome her aboard!
